I don't get to this restaurant as often as I would like to, but everytime I am 8n the area I can't wait to eat here. The food is always awesome, whether it's Italian or Greek. I highly recommend the veal and the gyros. The fettuccini and eggplant are also awesome. Our experiences with the wait staff have been nothing but A+++. Our waitress tonight, Sarah, was right on the money with whatever we needed!
I’ve ordered here a bunch and they usually do well but I ordered chicken gyros and they messed it up and gave me normal Gyros. Now that’s okay for some of the people who I’m with except for one person. She thinks lamb is absolutely terrible. I gave them a call back to try and correct at least a portion of the order, the rest of us will be fine eating lamb. They absolutely refuse to do anything at all, nothing.
We thought it was closed at first but I'm SO glad it wasn't. It's a little hard to see but this place is pretty dang good! We had the pizza and while it wasn't what we were expecting, it was GOOD! We will definitely return because their menu has all sorts of things that I want to try!! The waitress was SUPER nice and so helpful. You should definitely give them a try! I don't think you'll be disappointed.
Towards the end of our meal the waitress claimed she couldn't split our bill by products, and then blamed me and said "you should've told me at the beginning." Everyone has bad days, but there is no need to be rude to customers.Edit: I tried Queen's again, and my food was amazing. Delivery driver was nice, and I loved that they don't do a delivery fee.
Ordered a pizza for delivery only to find out after the delivery when I looked at the receipt they added a surcharge of 3% which by Florida law they have to disclose. They did not. Then when I looked further they also added a four dollar tip for the driver without my consent or knowledge. The pizza was supposed to be half cheese and half meat with extra cheese and extra sauce. What we got was 75% meat and 25% cheese. It's as if they just threw the meat on and were unable to determine the halves. Extra cheese where are you? If that was extra cheese it would have been transparent without. I peeled back the toppings and their so called version of extra cheese to look at the crust at about 90% of the crust had zero sauce on it. When calling back after their lunch rush I asked for the manager and Michael responded he was. So I explained everything including charging extra money on my card without my consent and he said 'sorry there is nothing we can do'. Unbelievable. Those extra charges constitute an unfair and deceptive trade practice prohibited by Florida law, but they don't care.
So I ordered a large combination pizza had my brother pick it up it was great ! Until literally 3 hours after eating the nightmare begun. Couldn’t keep it down throwing up profusely everything I bought and ate was in the toilet hot sweats pain in the stomach I thought I was gonna die… thank god my children were with there grandparents, or who knows what would happen. 4.4 stars ? This place is ran down disgusting the worst experience of my life waste of 40 dollars with tip… NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!!
Absolutely amazing food and staff! Hot fresh appetizers and delicious pizza. This place is the real deal! I am originally from NY and this place blows away the pizza in my old neighborhood. We were nothing short of impressed. I can't wait to get back and try the veal. Congratulations QUEEN'S PIZZA! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK
I have never posted a one star review before but this was probably the worst delivery experience I’ve ever had. We ordered two pizzas, one being the Buffalo chicken they forgot the blue cheese which isn’t a big deal. When we got the pizza we tipped the delivery driver ten dollars and then open the boxes to realize he either dropped the pizza or drove here with it sideway in the car, everything was slide off the pizza in the box. It was also aggressively cold like it had sat out for at least half an hour or more considering we only live two miles from Queens pizza. We literally had to put the cheese and toppings back on the pizza and put it in the oven and remake it. It also took an hour and a half, which I would understand if the business was just busy but in this case it just seems like the kitchen, whoever took/boxes our order, and the delivery driver just didn’t care. Very frustrating to receive basically inedible food after waiting almost two hours. This will be our last order from this establishment.
Great pizza! Walked in and the place smelled so good, got our pizza and it tasted better than it smelled. Will definitely be back.
We’ve eaten here regularly for years and were given the wrong salad and when we asked to have the correct one made to replace, it was an issue. They also required the salad back that was brought home from pickup. Hope nobody will be eating that due to covid regs. Poor response to an error that was not made by customer. You lost the business from a family of five over a salad and an attitude.
