We order pizza from this store all the time as it is our favorite pizza!!! But today, we are very disappointed. I ordered the same thing I always order, a large stuffed crust pizza with extra cheese and extra sauce. The pizza was delivered over cooked, dark brown, completely dry and tough. Definitely no extra sauce. But I thought, mistakes happen no big deal. So I called the store, spoke to a manager, who was very nice and offered to send out a remake. Sweet! So we waited an hour for another pizza to be delivered and this one is more burnt than the first one. I’m super sad to say I think we need to find another pizza place because my kids won’t even touch this pizza. Look at the photo of a cheese pizza from the website, vs the pizza I received below-
Being very clear that I believe there is a distinct difference between franchise-quality pizza and restaurant-quality pizza, this Pizza Hut gets the job done for a carry-out location. When they say fifteen minutes on the online ordering platform, they mean fifteen minutes. I've arrived two or three minutes before the stated estimated time of completion and it has always been ready (I can't speak on promptness of their delivery service as I'm out of their delivery area).They are friendly enough and the only complaint I could ever have is that they sometimes forget to follow my "special directions" when I order a thin-crust and request square-cut. Who eats thin-crust triangles? LOL. Seriously, it's hardly an infraction worth docking a star over, especially since they get everything else right.If you are looking for franchise-quality pizza and you're in Tarpon Springs, hit up the Hut. You won't be disappointed... unless you get triangle thin-crust!!! ??
Just moved here and I’m happy to say this is the best Pizza Hut I’ve ever had!! As good as the food is, the service couldn’t be better!! I’ve ordered here a handful of times now and they’re consistently great!
Terrible ! Cold pizza no taste in Alfredo Forgot my wings called said they would bring me then an hour later no wings argued with me on the phone sayinh I can't do nothing! Horrible management never got my money back !
Delivery took over an hour,the pizza was cold and had no taste they were hard like a card board and I ordered hand tossed pizzas. The bread sticks were alright but they were cold as well. As were the boneless wings and the sauce was bitter and tasted like pickles. No matter how enthusiastic I tried to be infront of my eight year old son even he was grossed out by the food and refused to eat it. I felt terrible for my family.
We live less than 10 minutes from the restaurant, ordered our food at 10pm on a Tuesday and it took about 90 mins to arrive. When it finally did show up, our two liter was missing, the bread sticks did not come with marinara sauce, the pizza had very little on it, the cheese from the stuff crust was mostly on the pizza rather than stuffed. It was very disappointing considering we have not ordered/had Pizza Hut in a while and were truly looking forward to it.
Charged for extra sauce and extra cheese...there is hardly any sauce at all. Annoying!
My large cheese pizza was burnt beyond measures. Looked and tasted old like it had been sitting at the store for hours
Everything was fresh and hot. Received way ahead of time. The driver followed the instructions. Great experience
Now we know to drive to the one on 54.... they are much more accommodating. ?♀️
