I went to Panera bread a couple of weeks ago and ordered a tuna sandwich and I got a bun as hard as a stone I complained and they took my name and address and said I would get a voucher for 10 dollars to make up for for my negative experience. while I was sitting I heard the people working there making noises as it they were burping and vomiting ? I wondered where was management. A few days later I received a voucher for 5 dollars. I went back today and told the girl at the register about receiving half what I was promised her answer is that the office in Tampa was cheap and stingy. I then asked about the duets she had no idea about what I was asking for. I asked what sandwich can I have she said any so I asked about the chicken sandwich advertised and onion soup she rings close to 15 dollars at that point I gave up paid and went to a table. A minute later I heard someone yelling my name I had asked the girl to bring my food as I am in a wheelchair. She was busy talking with a kitchen guy. She brings my food the food was cold the chicken sandwich was soggy and I had no napkins I went to get some there they are the kitchen and the cashier hitting it again I had to tell to get their attention. Got my napkins went back to the table and started eating the chicken sandwich must have been sitting there for a a long while after a couple of bites I gave up and went home disgusted wondering again where is management. 2 time in row where I got poor service. I am in in the restaurant business and what is happening here is not acceptable and I am again requesting reparations. you need to better train your people.
Bacon egg and cheese usually comes with bacon… right? I don’t write reviews. I order here semi frequently. This is the 3rd time. I’m just tired of being disappointed.
Not sure what’s going on at this Panera anymore. It used to be my favorite. We ordered ice tea. there weren’t any lemons out so I asked where I can find them and was told they no longer have them. Seriously… no lemons for ice tea?I ordered French onion soup without croutons and once again it had croutons. She offered to remake it. My mother ordered and paid for a sprouted grain roll and it wasn’t on the tray. When I asked the girl, she was totally aware and then put it on the tray along with the French baguette.I know these are little things but when you order and your order isn’t right each time it’s time for me to Go elsewhere.
If I could give 0 stars I would myself and my daughter got the pick 2 and my daughter found a long hair in her salad she brought it backup And they seemed annoyed that they had to make another one... and unapologetic ! then she sat down and realized she didn't get her side with the pick 2 I went up and asked for it and they questioned whether I did... As if I was lying about it and trying to get a free side! I asked to speak to a manager because by then I'm extremely annoyed she goes I am the manager and we made your daughter a new salad! unbelievable! The place was busy and there was a homeless person sleeping in the booth!
Never give enough of the asian dressing for the asian sesame chicken salad. Bread for the tuna salad sandwich was stale and dry. Panera was one of my favorite restaurants 20 years ago, but not now. Quality is terrible.
Soup for 4 and 2 small piecesof bread. I had to politely ask for a couple more pieces to equal 4. Remember when you were given a generous loaf with this order of soup for 4 people. I know prices are rising, but come on now it's bread. The soup for 4 was never generous but ample so to cut the quantity of bread...not cool. Thanks for reading and stay Covid safe!
After asking 3 people where to pick up my to go order as I’ve never picked up before. I was pointed to 3 different counters. After waiting for 10 min or longer another patron escorted me to a designated pick area. It said Rapid Pick up. It was designed by Panera for guest to pick up there orders. Non of the 3 employees I asked directed me to this area. They WORK there. They either didn’t listen or didn’t care.Not what I’m used to when choosing Panera. Bad service isn’t a norm. I guess it’s poorly managed
Came today for dinner, very good food the lady( both)We’re kind and polite and the two people making food were very nice as well, enjoyable experience and nice go see happy workers ?

I arrived for my online pickup 10 minutes before closing. The young lady behind the cash register was so preoccupied with her cell phone that she didn’t notice me standing there. When she finally did, she handed me my carry out bag with only a sandwich. I had to remind her about my two chocolate cookies. Unbeknown to me, the order still wasn’t right. When I got home, I opened my bag to a half sandwich. I had had ordered a whole sandwich.
