Interesting when you order a 20 piece nugget meal with sweet and sour they forget to add the sweet and sour. Then the manager gets a little upset when you ask for sauce telling the staff "remember to put sauce on top so the customer can see it"It's hard to see anything thats not even there!Not the first time no sauce or ketchup in the bag as requested.
The management here is completely incompetent. Their after hours operations are absolute garbage. Seriously anybody involved managing this location should jump off a bridge and go straight to hell, they are that worthless.Incredibly disorganized, I would be absolutely ashamed to be on the management team at this location.Every time I come here there is some BS about a system reboot, or credit card processing being down, or equipment being inoperable. The management must be absolutely and totally worthless, I feel so bad for the employees
Horrible for so many reasons. Every other night around 3am people will not give us service. We see them in the building walking around trying to avoid eye contact. Please get people in there who would like to work night shifts if not just close completely. McDonald’s is supposed to be dependable I get off work or in the middle of the night and no one will answer the window or the menu. I’ve asked them about this before because it’s happened more than 4 times and they all pretended like they had no idea. SMH had a lot more to say but it delete and I ain’t retyping it. Do better. I wish Wendy’s opened late instead
I wish I can give a zero ⭐️ All the time I order from here they mess up my order…. When I ask for light mayo they give me extra mayo when I ask for extra bbq sauce for my 20 chicken nuggets they give me 2 and on top of that they always with a attitude and a big line waiting for food when in the back there’s 20 employees and can’t do their job… Also you wait 10 minutes in 2nd window then they send you to a spot # and take another 10 min and when they give you your food it’s cold
This location has a kids play area that is roped off since the beginning of covid, a dine in area that is not running air conditioning (a must in Florida) and lately sub par food even for fast food. I ordered a double quarter Pounder with cheese meal, the fries were cold and limp , and the meat in the sandwich (which was put together in such a, way the the cheese only covered part of the patties) was burnt and super dry. I managed to force it down by dipping each bite in BBQ sauce but it was miserable and kind of disgusting. Not sure what is going on with this location lately but I'm very much not impressed.
This is one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to..They always make mistakes and can’t seem to ever get the order right..The new manager is absolutely awful and always closes the doors really early, probably to get out of work earlier and also refused to allow my service dog inside of the restaurant, which is against the law! She’s also extremely rude and you can tell that she hates her job..I gave this McDonald’s so many chances, but I won’t be returning here until they’re under new management..This specific location used to be so good!
Got a number 7 large meal and a six piece chicken nuggets. Number 7 is a 2 cheeseburger meal but what i got was a cheese lettuce meal as there were no beef patties in my cheeseburgers. A for effort I guess. How do you forget the patties on a 2 cheeseburger meal. Wth??? One star is more than enough. I would give -5 if I could. Great job peeps!!! Save your time, money and energy. They have the rudest bunch of kids working there I have ever seen. Not to mention the managers aren’t much help either. The line that goes out to 19 isn’t because they have good service it’s due to the customers continually getting someone else’s order or the kids they have working for them with the horrible customer service they provide arguing that you should have just went some where else. Long story short I will not be going back there and feel sorry for any one who does.Remember your employees are the face of your company.
1st of all, the parking!!The drive through was so busy, with two lanes. Was so busy that we decided to go inside and take it out. It was 615; or 7ish in the morning.2nd) second complaint is,; I ordered coffee with caramel and sugar and cream expecting it to be hot but it was lukewarm. They didn't put any cream in my coffee and they also barely had any caramel in it but they still charge for it as well extra charge. 3rd, complaint: we ordered the two for $3 sausage McGriddles deal whatever they're called it wasn't as good as expected. I will try them again maybe when it's not so busy and rushed for time.
Serviced a customer that yelled at me and called me the r -slur so you know if you want to feel comfortable not the place to go. They don’t have standards for who they’re willing to kick out or how it affects the other customers. Over an issue that wasn’t even my fault. The order taker didn’t put my order in right and she threw a fit cause it took time to fix.
