Not sure what has happened to the quality but it’s not what is use to be. The taste is the food is good but it would be nice if the consistency of the menu item would remain too!When I brought up the fact that the chicken shawarma is missing ingredients - the young lady said they forgot, and next time they can add it ! GUESS WHAT? Hmmm not coming back next time - I am disappointed as this is NOT the first time.How about you offer to remake it or give me the missing ingredients?Clearly it’s just a job for you and you can care less.

Great food. Ordered the chicken shawarma with jasmine rice and their baklava variety. Would come again! Very friendly staff as well.
3 falafel wraps took 50 minutes to prepare. It took another 5 minutes for 2 more beef shawarma wraps. There were only 2 other people in the restaurant, so the excuse that they gave us that "everyone came in all at once" made absolutely no sense. They knew we were sitting there for 50 minutes, and didn't even apologize. Then when we finally finished and left, the guy working the cash register asked us how everything was. Are you kidding me? We had to spend almost an hour waiting on fast casual falafel wraps. How do you think it was?
The food was exceptional and the chef-hostess-all-things in the kitchen, 'Marla', couldn't have been any better. The falafel was not overcooked, the baba gannoush was flavorful & textured, and the shawarma was tasty. Although she was the only person 'on board', the wait time was worth it. It's 1960s Mom & Pop style with vinyl tables & floor (I think) a couple of outdoor tables, but there wasn't a crowd. Should be for the value and the authentic taste. Again: exceptional
Threw the entire order in the trash. I am very disappointed especially because I left a $5 tip for the guy. We ordered one beef sandwich one chicken sandwich with olives and peppers what we received was the beef sandwich exactly how it comes with tons of onions and tomatoes and things on it we don’t with eat no olives and no peppers. And the worst part was it took a very long time and we were the only people in the shop. We didn’t look at our food until we got home because we got it to go. I took one bite to discover all the onions that I did not want and after removing all of the onions I took a second bite to see if it was salvageable but it wasn’t and the rest went in the trash. As for the chicken sandwich my wife tried to eat it but ended up giving it to the dog because it also wasn’t made correctly and tested bad. Unfortunately this was our first and last experience dining at this place.
We found this place at lunch today and had to come back with the family for dinner! The good was seriously incredible! I had the chicken shawarma and grape leaves and they were both fantastic. The family who owns the place is so kind and friendly. Everything was so good, clean, and a great environment. I definitely recommend eating here!!

Friends who love eating well...I just tried Madeline's Beef Shawarma platter with rice and a side of the spicy potatoes...so when in Tarpon Springs you MUST stop and sample their amazing cuisine!!
