I had a great 1st experience. Jada was my waitress and provided great service. My food was cooked to perfection. Best IHOP I've been to in florida!!!

This place is AWFUL!! No service and rude employees. Dont. Come here to this place unless you have a lot of tim. The Service to sit and watch the highway.sucks. we have aat here 25 minutes and nothing.
Pretty good food. Protein pancakes are new. Special request to have mine topped with vanilla and caramel, and it was amazing!!!!! Very filling though.
Ordered their cheesy bacon omelette but with sausage. It's just a hash brown and cheese omelette with 2 links cut up on the side.. was going to get biscuit and gravy but they chimp on the gravy. Done coming here...
Food was good but service lousy. Again, not enough staff. Waitress finally came to get us at hostess stand and raced to a table at back of restaurant, threw the menus on the table and walked away. We chased after her and sat down. Took a while to get service. Food was good but I won't be back for a while.

Pretty good. I would give a better score, but they microwaved my grits, and I sent them back, and they came back almost as bad. Such a staple food should be treated a little better. The photo below is how they should look, those grits were made at Garden Grill Cafe a short distance away.
My brother was in town for the weekend from Chicago. So I went down to meet him for dinner and spent the night at Innisbrook Resort. The next morning we went to breakfast at IHOP. As usual the food was absolutely delicious our waitress was incredibly polite,very helpful, delightful and she really made the end of my visit with my brother wonderful!
