We Came down to Tarpon Springs for a week and get away and stoped to eat at Hellas The food was outstanding we had the soup, Greek salad, chicken kabobs and lamb kabobs everything was delicious and so authentic We had coconut pasta and cheese cake for dessert and wee blown away by the taste The bakery is a must stop after dinner We bought several items on the way out A definite must visit
Never had Greek food before but if this is it I am a fan. got souvlaki. It was great. The place was clean the service was great. Can't wait to try a different Greek dish on a return trip.
Tarpon Springs, FL has several Greek restaurants, and we chose to visit Hella's. The food was delicious! I had spanakopita. They serve all the traditional Greek favorites. Two in our party had grouper, which was delicious. We did not stay for dessert, but Hella's includes a bakery, which served baklava, other pastries, and ice cream. The service was very prompt.
I loved this place. We have spent 5 days at Tarpon springs and this was the first Greek restaurant of our trip. There was nothing negative to say about it. Every thing was great and highly recommend this experience
I visited Hellas on my first trip to Tarpon Springs in April and stopped by for pastries and coffee. The cappuccino was divine and a perfect accompaniment to my baklava. Hellas delivers great food and service every time.
Loved the food. I have no idea how to pronounce what we are, but it was all amazing! Get the flaming cheese appetizer! It was delicious.
Incredibly good Greek food. We've been going there for many years and never been disappointed with either the food or the service. I've been all over the country and never had better Greek food than this. It's truly in a class by itself. The Moussaka is my favorite and highly recommended. Also, it's in the picturesque and charming town of Tarpon Springs. Fun place to visit, and a great day trip. Lots of cool, interesting shops.
Hella's is the BEST for Gyros and Desserts!!! Every time family is visiting we take them to Hella's and they always leave full and happy! The wait staff is extremely friendly!

I wanted to leave a better review. The food was good. The staff was very friendly. The decor is nice, could use a good deep cleaning out fresh paint. The negatives of this place: it is FREEZING inside. It is so cold you need a jacket and an electric blanket. They are a bit pricey, and it took the water FOR EVER to bring us the check. We actually started to walk out and they finally brought it.
