Had supper on a Tuesday evening. Nice patio. Cajun staples on the menu. Our server was a natural. Well trained, good etiquette, prompt attention to detail. Had drummies, and a Jambalaya. Both very good. The highlight however was the Cajun Gumbo. Full of peppery , fishy flavour. Great Cajun restaurant. Will recommend and will be back.
Lively casual Cajun spot with live music, and dog-friendly. They even brought out a bowl of ice water for our pooches! We had the fried green tomatoes, ribs appetizer, gumbo, shrimp and crawfish etouffe, and 1/2 chicken jambalaya. Everything was delicious and our server was friendly and attentive. Recommend reservations as it can be a popular spot.
Called same day for a Saturday night reservation (highly recommend reservations well in advance) and the only thing available was outside. When we arrived there was a band playing outside . I’ve dined at restaurants with bands playing but this was incredibly loud. We were seated and we couldn’t hear each other. When the server came she had trouble hearing us and we had to yell at each other to communicate. The server was great, very attentive and friendly. The food was excellent and the shrimp and grits appetizer was outstanding. My red snapper was fantastic. Desserts were also very good. I would have given five stars but had to deduct for the excessively loud band (they were actually very talented, just way too loud for a dining experience although some people did not seem to mind). I will definitely be going back but will be sure to make reservations well in advance for inside the restaurant.
Not sure how this restaurant is not #1 (given many mediocre alternatives) Delicious food, well prepared and pleasantly served. Pecan pie is one of my top desserts and this hit the right note. One thing we did not like was the level of noise. INCREDIBLY LOUD band outside, resulting in folk having to shout to make themselves heard (inside). Owners please note: loud music/singing does not equate to good. Felt like the wrong vibe. Lack of soft furnishings means accoustically there is nothing to absorb the sound. But no stars knocked off for that as the food was outstanding.

This is one of our absolute favorite places to send our guests to and we also visit weekly. I love that they have new items all the time, I cant say what my favorite thing would be because I haven’t had a bad meal here. Our visitors love the ribs, no one does fish better than this place, the staff is amazing, what a nice group of people.
Everything about the experience was incredible. The service and food was amazing. The food was super flavourful and it will be a place we return to.
We arrived a few minutes after they opened at 5pm on Friday and were seated promptly without a reservation even though there were already several people seated. Our server was awesome, the food was amazing and the musical entertainment provided by The Jazz Phools was top notch! The menu changes everyday but the brie with fig & pepper jelly appetizer is sooo good as well as the shrimp and crawfish etoufee entree. My husband had the 1/2 smoked chicken jambalaya and it was so much we could have shared it. I cannot recommend H'ours enough and will tell everyone I know to go try it out. We will definitely go back!
Great friendly customer service,fabulous menu, delicious food,and great music by Julie Black and her Band while we were there, highly recommended! Can't wait to go back!!!!
Absolutely wonderful and one of our favorite places to eat on date night. Todd was fantastic as usual and will be back!
