Food here is good just like any other Firehouse subs but the 1 thing I didnt like is that there is no room to sit down. about 5 small tables.

Terrible restaurant someone call pest control! Walked in a spotted a Cockroach this is outrageous and unsanitary if l could give it zero stars I would. When I walked in a young lady with red hair had her long hair down while preparing foods I immediately walked out. This “restaurant” will never see me again! Very unprofessional I can only imagine what you can find in the kitchen.

Came in for the T-Mobile Tuesday deal with my kids. One of my kids wanted olives, however I was told we couldn't make any changes. My daughter simply wanted to add olives, which is a free topping. I understand substituting meats around or the sandwich for another sandwich type, but adding or removing free toppings?? Insanity.On my order she asked me for white or wheat bread, and I said no bread. They called out name and we left and drove over 20 minutes home. I opened my bag to see my meat only tucked into a cup. No other toppings. What!? ? Unreal.And they forgot my pickle to add insult to injury.

Yet another great sandwich by the king of sandwich makers, Firehouse Subs in Tarpon Springs. This prime rib sub was perhaps one of the most tasty subs I have had at Firehouse!

The food is fresh and tasty, and always made exactly the way you order it.

Great food, friendly staff, quick service

I have been to this location multiple times and I think the food and customer service are top notch! Yes, there are other Firehouse franchises but when I have ate at other locations you never meet the owner and the management teams seems very tired. Every time I come to the Tarpon Firehouse, I am warmly greeted and can usually find Mike the owner behind the counter providing top customer service to his customers! Keep it up Mike!

The food is just the same as any other fire house which I generally enjoy, I would give 5* however while waiting for my order I witnessed the owner Mike tell an off duty employee that he couldn't order food because "customers" we're waiting in the same line he was waiting in. I have worked in management and customer service for 15 years and as a customer have never witnessed an owner let alone a manager treat an employee like that in front of customers. When I got in line to order for the employee because more "customers" came in I told Mike that as a paying customer I was disheartened by seeing how he treats his employees and his response was "I'm the owner and I'll handle my guests."

They treat door dashers very poorly and are extremely rude. My customer wanted over an hour for their order because they don’t know how to work their door dash tablet.

I visited on Sunday afternoon and the food was amazing but there was two employees on the line who were very unprofessional. They were talking about a store manager who they obviously didn't like and talking poorly about the girl who wasn't present loud enough for all of us to hear in the dining room. One of them was named molly and the other girls name I didn't get but she was a young woman of color. If it wasn't for the drama talk I would rate the store higher but it's hard to want to sit and enjoy lunch with all of that going on
