No frozen coffee as they didn't have "proper ice"No apple juice or milk for my sonRoom temperature breakfast sandwiches cheese not even melted nor a warm croissant bun as if they didn't even attempt to heat it......I was asked "whats wrong" as the cashier handed me the sandwiches and I pointed out the weren't even warm.... my simple response was too many ppl not doing their job correctly. Will not return to this location in the future.
Got 5 cold, stale hash browns in the bag. Donuts were not fresh. Then to top it off I didn’t even get any napkins. Disappointed!
I ordered something simple, large sweet tea with no ice and a doughnut on two separate occasions. They hand me the tea with ice, I hand back and said I ordered with no ice (I usually repeat this 3 times when ordering anywhere). I get to work to find out it's unsweet tea. They usually dump the ice out and give back. The whole idea of no ice, is I don't want it cold to begin with and so I get cold unsweet tea. This has happened twice in one month. I get better luck ordering online than in thru the drive-thru.
Best Dunkin in Florida. Nicest staff I have ever experienced. Donuts were delicious. Clean and fast. Great place for families. Ashley was the friendliest person I have ever met in a customer service enviroment. 10 out of 10.
very nasty inside. There were barely any donuts and the staff was rude. I could not believe the level of a filth floating within the building. The managers were standing in front of the middle smoking cigarettes, the uniforms were dirty. unbelievable experience!
We will not be coming back to this location.Waited about 30 min in the drive thru to get my order. Unacceptable, nobody has 30 min to wait for coffee before work. When we got to the window the staff was chatting and did not seem like there was any urgency nor did they look like they were busy. It was simply carelessness. I recommend going to the Dunkin’ donuts in Holiday Fl. They have more volume but orders are out quicker and the staff is nicer & have some kind of structured team work.If I could I would give this place no stars !
Takes way too long through drive-through And they have no sense of urgency to get customers taking care of
You'd think they'll have fresh donuts in the morning and early afternoon! It's already unhealthy as it is. To bring farther curiosity to customers as to what's going on behind the scene, is to lose em nd the money. Other locations are on point with this. Hope this location does better!
The only work I say is RUDE. I ordered two bagels with vegetable cream cheese through the drive-through I was given two bagels uncut with cream cheese and one knife to do it myself I was told. If you’re driving to work you don’t have time to pull over and put cream cheese on your bagel. This is the only Dunkin’ Donuts that’s doing this in my Mark area. When I confronted the store manager he told me to get over it that’s the way it is. When I informed them that this is the only Dunkin donut it’s doing this he says well maybe you should go somewhere else.
5 years of stopping here, spending $4.81 to $8.11 each morning 5 to 6 days every week. I understand what is going on with the current economic climate and with the labor pool but the quality here has taken such a nosedive over the past year that I just don't see that it can rebound. There is such a high turnover of employees I think they just stopped training all together. There is no consistency and the wait times both in the lobby and drive thru are ridiculous. I just sipped my last bad espresso from this location. Never again will you get any of my money for your subpar product. If this is a corporate location then shame of Dunkin, if this is independently owned and operated then shame on you, have some pride in your endeavors.
