I don’t ever write any horrible reviews but this dunkin’ donuts is an absolute disgrace to the chain. The girl at the front counter did not greet my boyfriend and then he asked for them to put tomatoes on his bagel which i know they can because every other dunkin has done it before. She lied and said that we told her she needed to do it. We just said that we have had it done before. No smiles, greetings and everyone looks miserable

Stopped by Dunkin Donuts tonight in Tarpon Springs and Mike was awesome. Friendly and gave us great suggestions on drinks and donuts.
They should say "WE CLOSE AT 7pm" They have 3 people working, and they stop serving Espresso and Frozen drinks BEFORE 7pm !! When I ask why, they say we've already cleaned those machines! If you close at 8pm and have 3 people on the payroll those machines DO NOT need to be cleaned an HOUR before you close... Obviously the owner is "Absentee" and Management is not doing their Job. They have lost 3 daily customers due to this.
I stop at this location frequently. Today, I was not greeted, spoken too, smiled at or thanked. I visited the ladies room and had to wait. No problem except, it was an employee who came out. She did not wash her hands. I know this because they don't use paper towels, only air dry. Then she went back to work. The cashier, he didn't smile or say a word to me. It's not typical for this location. None of the crew seemed happy and it spilled over to the customers. Sad experience.
I come to this d.d daily . Sometimes bring laptop. The guy who runs front is there everyday. He works hard and I like it here. But I am not happy I decided to come when they opened. Per website and door sign 5am. But girl had door locked and said 6am I can come inside. Fix the website and sign.!
Great Impossible breakfast sandwich.Also there avocado toast without the bacon is great for vegetarians.And of course the delectable sweet treats and drinks.This location is often busy but the staff for hours courteous polite and helpful.
The staff is very disrespectful!! I think the “manager “ Dawn Rae didn’t want to give the managers name. She screwed up a 55.00 order and when I called, on the phone call said she would refund the money , I sent my mother in law up there to get the money . The window person said, let me get my manager, so this girl came to the window “Dawn Rae” I knew it was her cause she was so disrespectful .. and said I would have to come tomorrow when asked what’s the managers name her quote was, I’m not allowed to give it out. That’s about the only name that should ever be given out. She did not wear a name tag. I said , listen I come here everyday .. she said good for u so do I.. it’s obvious she hates her job. Good luck with that one, as she will run ur business in the ground.
This is my favorite Dunkin. They're always friendly and they make the drinks perfectly all the time, even when I stumble over my words at the drive through.
