The customer service I received from Chili's is always great. But the food on the other hand always comes out cold and old.You definitely don't feel like you've gotten your money's worth. I ordered Just Wings from the same Chili's location just last night. And the same thing the chicken was undercooked and the fries were old. I have order from other Chili's in the area and the food is never that bad.
I had a great time there with my husband and we have even had family night there and everyone is so friendly and helpful
Good prices decent food. 2 for one margarita deal is awesome. Server quit bringing us water after we paid her. She will not get as good of a tip next time

Meat smelled bad. Burnt outside but pink inside for well done. Erin manager said she will send gift cards.Shrimp okay, chicken taste like rubber. Steak smelled bad. Had same issue a year ago and decided to try it again. Not good. We will see with gift cards for next........Update, still no gift cards.
We met up with friends of ours for lunch and it was just after they had opened. The wait staff was friendly and tried to be attentive to our ordering. There was a couple of glitches to a couple of things and when the food came out it was the way we had ordered it. Nice work ?.
Ordered med steak it was well done not in a good way. Got soup no crackers. Our chips were good but some chips were drenched in salt and some didnt have any. The cheese bites had way too much seasoning. The server was nice and somewhat attentive.
Super friendly staff and the serving sizes were quite large. The food was phenomenal and we took the leftovers home. It was my daughter's birthday and she received a free dessert. She chose a lava cake and it was huge! I highly recommend Chili's. I promise you won't be disappointed...or hungry when you leave!
I usually give this fracisor 5 stars. Sat nite was terrible. Understaffed, foh, boh, leadership, curbside, etc. Seated immediately, served chips and great salsa immediately, wine immediately, no dinner for over 30 minutes. Wifes soup served cold and my very specific order was totally ignored topped of with a plate full of char, overcooked dry grey meat. Totally unpalatable. Not servers fault. Lousy mgmt. Need my expertice to get them on track. We place a lot of gms foh boh leadership in chilis nationwide. Francisor: reciprocity is appropriate with a 20 year customer who has spent thousands more than we will do to get you the best. CALL WHEN YOU ARE READY TO WIN!
The chilli is not chilli ...it's ground beef and taco seasoning...not good at all...food is trash...whomever is cooking should be fired and manager should be jailed for allowing them to cook
