Completely over priced now. It's cheaper to go to a nice place and not get a stomach ache. I just left after I got my total after I ordered. Went next door to wraps and kabobs and got more food that was quality for around the same price. Plus I Didn't feel like I was gonna die after I ate it.
Absolutely disgusting. Just left. Employees very unhappy cook pathetic. Whopper had one pickel on the side of the bun. All mayo, no ketchup or mustard little lettuce one ring of onion burger half on bun. No gloves on Employees handling food.Burger had a stack of 6 pieces of cheese and was cold.
Bathroom was dirty,black stuff growing in urinal cake and dirty mirror. Ordered a chic-king sandwich with mayo. Almost no mayo, chicken breast was half the size and overcooked. 1 pickle. Best part was there was 1 peron in the store and this is the service we got
Good for a quick bite But…I asked that my son’s whopper to be made with no cheese (lactose intolerant life) and yes, you guessed it! It had mad cheese on it!I drove off before I realized that it had cheese in it so I stopped by another Burger King and of course my order says no cheese…Yup! You guessed right! Had cheese slapped in that too!Two locations got it wrong! Can’t make that up!So I had 2 whoppers with cheese in them and guessed what I had to do?! Yup! You guessed right! I cooked! ??Lesson learned= check your orders …??♀️? and make sure it is what you asked for even if the stores are different locations! It might just be a Burger King thing to slap cheese on orders!
The worst burger I’ve ever had. I mean there’s no way this is what the founders of BK would want there customers to experience. Fing unreal
This is probably America's worst restaurant. The employees really don't care if they get the food right you're always shorted or your burgers are always placed in the wrong rapper your French fries are usually ice cold and other things like your poppers or your cheese sticks are usually rock hard and unedible they're usually very expensive dog food. The employees are friendly enough however I just can't see any employee at either this restaurant or the other locations in Pasco receiving anything more than a $12 an hour pay raise. They are very far behind in quality assurance. Just like Forrest Gump says you never know what you're going to get.
I HATE this location and each time I go back on my word to give them a try it’s ALWAYS a failure. Only Tiffany, when she works my order is everything and the team she has with her .. you can BET you will be taken care of above and beyond. However, she couldn’t have been working today because ONCE AGAIN .. I had three associates asked me I had my order yet.. mind you I ordered and confirmed online and at the speaker… so I pull up to the shenanigans… so I get my ice cream cone (a few minutes after the greeter about my order serviced me)… then about 5 minutes later and for the next five minutes, two other associates come to ask if I had received my order.. I said no.. they close the window and come back a couple minutes later with the bag and so I pull off .. thinking they have it right since I was asked SEVERAL times prior and they recited it VERBATIM … to get home only to find THE WRONG D*MN sandwich .. in which it was cold AND cut in half .. which is a SPECIAL order I assume. So, whomever got my WHOPPER MELT CUSTOM ORDER, small onion ring, and small coke… y’all better ENJOY it because I sure as hell can’t! This location sucks! It’s ALMOST ALWAYS something… NEVER again .. no ma’am! And y’all just better check y’all food without mercy cause honey, they will do you LIKE NO OTHER. Ooh! I’m so mad about my sandwich … I’ve called 13 times no answer .. I’m about to pull up … “LIVE AT 5”. On FOX WTVT 13 .. they better tell me something lol.. uggggh!
most horrific burger king ever. I have gone 3 times and my order has never been correct. tonight I go there( obviously I'm an idiot) and before I even leave the drive through they give me someone else's order. so now someone else has the wrong order also. I have to pull around and wait for my order to be remade. the guy brings my order out and I leave. since I had to repeat my order 2 more times when I realized it was wrong to them I thought it was right. WRONG. On the way home find out wrong dipping sauces. Get home and it a single whopper with no cheese and no tomato. I wanted a double whooper with cheese and no tomato. how hard is this job?!?! I would ask for money back but I didn't even get a receipt. guess you didn't want a record of this transaction, I don't blame you.
Drive thru line took 30 minutes to get through. Ordered a whopper with cheese, light mayo, light ketchup. When my husband finally got around to eating it, the light mayo and ketchup were correct but there was also no tomatoes or lettuce. Went to do online survey and low and behold the receipt attached to bag was not a receipt that had the information to complete said survey, but a description of was the order was. Very sad experience!
The crew was nice, food was good it took a little bit but they were really busy and looked short staffed so it was understandable. The Manager was super friendly and the Restaurant was very clean. I will be returning.
