Wagu burger all the rage! Ordered two, sounds easy. Guess not!Only car in line, store didn't appear to be busy.Arrived home [15 mins]One burger, one Arby's roast beef!Tried to call my displeasure in, but got hung up on, not once buy two times.Bit happy

Most of the time we get freshly cooked food but once in a while such as last night our food was warm, definitely had been sitting awhile but none the less still got friendly service, and we will go back to this location

Excellent delicious clean.. Great prices amazing food highly recommend. It's been a long time since I've been at 1 but definitely going to be back soon

Seriously how much do they have to pay people to acknowlege cutomers like saying welcome to Arby's thank you or please?Maybe Arby's management should go find some motivated deserving people who would be better personalities and give a little bit better customer service.Cold fries and crush-holes in several cups in a row. Asked for fresh fries, replaced without a problem.

Arby's lost customers due to discontinuing curly fries this was the best thing on the menu only reason my family even went to this restaurant literally pulled out of drive thru all cuz no curly fries

No roast beef, cookies, the milkshake machine was broke. I asked for a something free for the inconvenience and was told no and the cashier turned lights out and said we closed.

Charged me for sodas they didn’t have, had to get a manager to take them off after saying she already did, no wonder she avoided giving me a receipt. Forgot ranch I asked for twice and marinara for cheese sticks. I spent way too much time in the drive thru all because staff decided to be shady and lazy.

5 stars for never having an issue or complaint with any of my orders. Food always on point

This place needs a complete overhaul. Someone other than children needs to be in charge. I ordered my food 4 beef and cheddar. When I got home I got 4 regular roast beef with a shot of cheddar. When I called the store about it the shift manager said that were out of the onion buns. When I said you should let customer know they said they do and hung up. I called back and a different shift manager was put on and I said I will be back for a refund. She said if I have a receipt she would do it,without it she would not and started laughing. I asked for the DM and GM's name she refused the request and said I should look it up. Both these shift leads need to be fired they have never learned the customer is always right.

Had the smokehouse brisket meal. It's a delicious sandwich, but wish it was made fresh, as well as the not-so-fresh fries.
