Poor customer service, I ordered my fiancé and I some food and I get to the window pay for the food and she hand me the food I check the bag and I say hey miss I’m missing my two ranches and she say oh their $0.50 I say ok no problem I ordered them back at the speaker she proceeds to tell me sometimes they can’t hear and she didn’t charge me for them. I was a little annoyed but didn’t get really aggravated until I proceeded to say ok no problem I will just pay for them now it was only two of them that was needed so they came out to be $1 so I was getting ready to hand her my card and then she say oh no we don’t take cards for things under $3-5 I say well this is all I have because I didn’t have no more change in my car or purse to give her the $1. Instead of her saying don’t worry about it and give me the ranch she told me sorry she couldn’t take it so now I’m losing my patience I’m telling her how can’t you take it when I ordered it in the first place it’s not my fault you didn’t hear me or your speaker didn’t pick it up she said I’m sorry I can’t help you. I said can I speak to a manager so the manager came I explained to her the issue and again instead of her saying I’m so sorry ma’am and giving them to me she say we can’t take the card because we will be charged I said ok that’s not my fault she didn’t charge me even though I ordered them she said well I’m sorry I can’t take it. I very annoyingly told my fiancé you will not have your ranch because these people has poor customer service I do not recommend && I will never go back there again.
Good portions. Excellent food. Worth 14 dollars for a plate. Could not finish in one sitting.

Today I took a friend for a late lunch. It was good. As we were walking out to the parking lot, the guy who works the counter, perhaps a manager, told me rather loudly, "You are not to return to this restaurant until you remove the review " I wrote about how I didn't like the way I was treated. He said, I know what occurred (he wasn't there). I told him you weren't present and he said they told me and so I inquired if he wanted to hear my side and he said no. He banned me from Zekos, not qualifying if I removed the derogatory review. He simply said "do not come back". Hey, but good food, lousy personnel. The person I was with heard the girl who was working telling the guy"he's not supposed to come in here again".
The person making the food at this establishment takes pride in their work and it shows. Every piece seems to be prepared with meticulous detail, flavor being the main focus. Five stars!
NO OVER THE PHONE ORDERS !! Food is nice as always, but they do not take order over the phone, they say it will be ready in xyz time, but they only tell the chef to prepare once you arrive at the location. (Wait times can't be avoided here)
