Under cooked tenders. That’s enough for me not to return. There is no way they are properly monitoring food safety.
I did a great review before for them, however they will try u there. I always ask for extra extra sauce. It's the main reason I go there. There is one lady who trys me everytime. She will hand u your bag and say there is extra extra sauce. Then u get back to work and there is little to no sauce. This has happen 3 times and I have not been going there for long. Check your food before u leave!
This location is fantastic. Clean. Food was literally perfect. Food came out a little too fast lol. I was very pleased here.
It's not bad and service was good but it's just not my cup of tea. Food was hot and quick and portion size was good but I just didn't care for it so it's more a personal preference.
The chicken wings are huge!! Lots of sauces to choose from for them and the Zaxby's signature sandwich it is great, just a tip get it on Texas toast!
Food was amazing, and the manager(I believe he was at least) was so nice! What was horrible however was the customer service of the girl who took our order. It says on our food ticket that her name is Lianna D, not sure if that’s correct but it was around 9:30 pm today. She was incredibly rude and short. Tried to end our order before I was done, and seemed annoyed when I asked to edit the order a little, as I wasn’t done. She then proceeded to not edit our order as she left out an entire order of 10 boneless wings and the extra fries we asked for with one of our finger meals instead of coleslaw. I understand working a drive thru, I worked at McDonalds as a cashier for 7 months, but there’s no excuse to be as rude as she was. Even if she was “2 minutes from the end of her shift” as she complained when her manager asked her to fix the order. I’m sorry you picked a job in customer service, that’s not on me. I didn’t do anything to make her mad. But I’m very grateful for the manager he was so nice, and made sure it was fixed.
I’ve eaten at this location twice. Both times were very good experiences. Great food and customer service. The dining area is clean!
Normally I have good experiences and good food. However last cpl of times the chicken wings have been less than desirable. I figured just a mistake, but the last time the wings were rubbery. Couldn't complain because I lost the receipt. Don't think I'll go back though. Been burned twice. Lowering overall score because of it.
I was driving around aimlessly because I was depressed then pulled in and sat in the parking lot and cried for a while. I didn't actually eat here. But the parking lot seemed nice. And I've eaten it another Zaxby's before and it was delicious. Highly recommend the chicken sandwich.
I had a seriously pleasant experience at Zaxby's yesterday, I ordered the grilled tenders combo and made a special request that the tenders might be grilled and well done. They absolutely nailed the tenders well done but yet deliciously tender. They have a fantastic employee in Debbie she took my order brought the food out to me it was an overall great experience!!! ??
