Burned bread on my sandwich, never seen that before. Cold fries that were all broken up. Cold cheese bites. Hot overcooked or cooked in old oil fried pickles, darker than anything I've ever seen on the menu. Worst experience I've ever had at a zaxbys. Lower than Mcdonalds quality for a higher price. Definitely would recommend everyone stay away.Also the website zaxbyslistens will get you no response. Says listens, not respond, so no surprise.
Not sure how it was, I bought the fried pickles for my kids, but since they are teenagers, they went in their rooms to eat & when I asked how they were, i got "they were good" so i guess they are liked but teens & later they heated up the fries on a baking sheet & ate them as a midnight snack & so guess they were good also.
Food was ok. But I want to write something here. There was an elderly women in the billing counter and when I ordered an ice tea, she gave me a pre ordered cold iced tea from inside not from the machine outside, where the ice cubes were all melted too. It tasted very bad. This was literally a cheat to the customer. So NEW CUSTOMERS BE CAREFUL!!! I thought being a new customer she is trying to help me but she cheated me. I had to throw the entire drink.

For the most part, this Zaxby's will get your order right and the food will come out at the right temperature. But there have been times they've either forgotten something, or made a mistake like adding grilled chicken to a cobb salad and fried chicken to a house salad when the order on the receipt even states the opposite. Out of all the Zaxby's closest to me, this one is our go-to spot. We typically eat to-go, so I'm only basing my review on the typical drive-thru scenario. I have no idea what it looks like on the inside, but on the outside everything appears clean.
Zaxby's signature sandwich was good, but the sauce was not my favorite. Tenders were also good, but fries were a bit underdone.

Just did an order through Zaxby's drive-thru at this location.on W Hillsborough. Very patient and professional staff. I ordered the Cajun Chicken, light lettuce, no bacon, light mayo, fresh hot soft fries and a drink. The only complaint is fries just a tad bit too brown , and it is obvious previous fries were mixed in with them new fresh fries??.
Good great as always. Service not very good. Lost our order and had to wait 25 minutes to finally get our food in a fast food restaurant. Kitchen didn't even have the original order we had to show our reciept to them. This happened at the Zaxby's at Ridge Rd and Decubitus in Port Richey FL. On 02/18/2020 at 700pm.
Team was friendly. The Cobb salad was large. Loved the boneless wings not a fan of the garlic sauce. But they have many other choices
