Ribs are awesome.

Came here April 2nd and it’s raining so the park is pretty dead. Bought the meal pass though so figured we would go around the park and try different foods. The service here was HORRIBLE. We walked up and when we asked if we needed to order at that window, the two girls standing there scoffed at us and barely responded. Rolled eyes, horrible attitudes. The works. The food was embarrassingly bad to match the embarrassingly horrible workers here. So disappointed in this experience.

Unbelievable how good the brisket was! Consistently fantastic every time. We had the meal plan and were there 2.5 days. Not a lot was open when we were at BG so we ate there A LOT. The staff was always very friendly. The meal plan uses a ticket but you can redeem it for a wrist band after using it the first time. We didn't do that until the last day but we should have because they had a lot of difficulty scanning in the tickets every time. They had so many issues our food was almost cold by the tine we got checked out a few times. This seemed to happen at every location, not just the Smokehouse. You get TONS of waffle fries with every meal. Don't think I will eat waffle fries for a year.

BBQ was tasty, and had good flavor and was juicy. Good slaw and waffle fries. Better than you basic cheeseburger and fries. Sampler is the best bang for your buck - and good for sharing.

Absolutely worth getting the all day dining for the smokehouse food

Gross! We bought the all day dining for a family of 5, do NOT waste your $. Ribs very fatty and oily. Fries cold and Mac n cheese tasted like plastic. Beef brisket was tough and chewy. Chicken dry and overly sauced.

We visited Busch Gardens for a company BBQ and our bosses insisted on trying the Zambia Smokehouse saying it was the best BBQ they've had.Our whole work crew thought it was way too overpriced and just ok. The brisket was dry and lacked flavor. The chicken wasn't cut properly so a large portion was inedible. The chicken was also dry and lacked a smokey BBQ taste. The ribs weren't bad, and the best thing in the sampler other than the waffle fries. The pulled pork sandwich was small but was the tastiest bite of the whole meal. The cheesecake was broken, too warm and just didn't feel composed properly. Definitely the worst cheesecake I've ever had.We also all felt stomach discomfort throughout the following day. None of us plan on eating at the park again. The best part, they offered Jai Alai on draft. That made the whole meal. Plus our bosses paid for it otherwise it would have been a complete waste of money.I cook delicious BBQ all the time and If we want BBQ I'll bring my own next time.

Very impressed! The food lived up to the hype!

Long lines but totally worth it

It was pretty good no one had any complaints about their meal. They have lots of seating Outside and some of it is covered.
