The food is great, I’ll start this review with that. Unfortunately I will no longer support this business because of the appalling treatment I saw today by one of the cooks to two young boys that were working the front end of the restaurant. As I was waiting for my pick up order, a cook came up from the back kitchen to the two young boys and began yelling, raising his hand at them, screaming at them and slamming dishes in front of them while I was sitting in the lobby. The boys kept flinching and holding back tears while they continued to try to work. Then they approached me with my order apologizing. Makes me so scared to know what happens when there aren’t eyes looking. I will not support a business that treat employees/their children in such an abusive manner.
I ordered the Bourbon chicken meal off of Uber Eats and it arrived pretty quickly. Now, let’s get into how it was served. The bourbon chicken was NOT bourbon chicken! It was hard, the sauce was thick & sour. The chicken friend rice was crunchy & disgusting. And I had RAW broccoli!!! I did not know the broccoli was raw until i put it in my mouth and crunched on it. I do enjoy raw broccoli but only if it is cleaned correctly, because E-Colli!fast forward to 2/9/2022, I wake up and IMMEDIATELY threw up stomach acid and also diarrhea on myself. This has happened from 7AM-9PM! I went to the hospital and was told that i have food poisoning! DO NOT EAT FROM HERE! The way they handle their food is clearly not up to standard. I still have the food, because it was so nasty, and I am sending it to Department of Health.
The young man in the blue was SO NICE and the guy in the back came to him while he was working the register and started yelling and getting in his face. It was so sad. Another customer was waiting for food next to me and told him to calm down and the guy in the back with the hat on rolled his eyes and kept cooking. I felt so bad for young man in the blue. Even if he is in the wrong, don’t yell at him in front of multiple customers waiting. The food was great the experience was pitiful.
The food was not great. The egg drop soup was cold and had a jello-like consistency. Wonton strips were stale. Chicken was tough. We won’t be coming back
No option for zero stars! Order delivered with what I thought was wrong items. No, they didn't have what I ordered and hung up. I called back and asked why wouldn't you call a customer and ask what would they like as a replacement rather than just putting random food in. Said sorry and hung up again. Worst customer service ever, go somewhere else. Plus the wonton soup was 1/2 egg drop 1/2 wonton most disgusting thing I have ever tasted. Much better places just as close.
First time here food is so flavorful and fresh so delicious , BEST egg rolls ever, will be coming back for sure ???
Just walked in for the first time into this restaurant and was “greeted” by a young boy from 20 feet away “are you going to order something?” His younger brother called him and said” bro, come here and take her order,” which the older brother wasn’t too happy to do it. By the time he came to me, he wasn’t too please to take my order nor he was friendly. I told him that this is my first time being here, and doesn’t look like they are happy to see customers nor to happy to take orders. I walked out I can’t believe people are supporting this place if they are treating this way. I definitely will not.
Definitely a good spot for Chinese food. I feel the touch of family working together to make it happen in this tough world. Their kids help out Daddy and Mommy and that shows a lot of dedication.
Pay attention to their name and just WALK ON BY. I ordered over $50 in food for my son's birthday. General Tso Chicken (INEDIBLE), Shrimp Kung Pao(OK), Beef with broccoli(OK), fried rice(INEDIBLE), Sweet and Sour Chicken(INEDIBLE), even the Fortune cookies were so stale they were rubbery! We ended up throwing of it most away.I called them to inform them of how disappointed we were and they HUNG UP on me! No "We are sorry" nothing. I will never go back.
