I absolutely love Wild fork!! They have amazing service and are always so sweet when i go in!! I trust them with all my meat purchases! Tara and Kasey are honestly so sweet! Wild fork would not be the same with out then
Horrible delivery experience for the second time. The the person at the store (Sarah) argued with me that I likely called the wrong store because I have an Orlando cell number. We have lived in Tampa for 9 years and have lived in Westchase. It’s sad when employees want to divert blame to others. Employees simply don’t care!Follow up- I did call customer care twice. They have yet call me back.
I received a piece of mystery meat in my thick New York strip cut pork chops. I am familiar with some color variations when dealing with pork. This is either a completely different cut, size, etc., or not even pork. It had a different look entirely and was small. I am generally unhappy lately with quality, quantity, price, and consistency (in uniformity of appearance in its size shape, weight, tenderness). I was a real fan when I first joined Wild Fork. Not so much anymore.
I found an abscess in our tri tip. We were cutting it up for sandwiches the next day after cooking when we found it. We ate almost a third of the infected peice of meat. When I called the corporate line, all they did was offer to make a complaint to the store. When I took the pictures to the store, all they did was offer me my money back. I pay almost 4x the price of Costco for quality tri tip. A refund is not enough for the danger they put my family in.
Have been there twice, tried the Prime Rib Roast and Gravy. Not very good, there was a minimal amount of beef, just mostly mushrooms.Second visit tried the Sweet Italian Sausage. It had very little taste, worst Italian Sausage I have ever eaten.Probably won't be going back...
Great people. Great store. Super clean. They actually sell organ meat! Support small business this place is awesome and the staff is the bomb.
First time here and was blown away by the quality and prices. 10/10 recommended if you're a meat connoisseur.
It's fine for some, just writing this review to set honest expectations. The store is clean and bright, plenty easy to navigate. Well marked. Service is great. Just know every single seafood item is either farmed or from Indonesia, Mexico, Thailand, etc. The salmon is from USA but farm raised. Not for me.
We were looking for a picnic ham without all the preservatives. Wildfork did not disappoint us. Although it came frozen it was excellent with little fat. Ordering online was not easy ...still not sure what the end cost was. I know I ended up with a baguette I really didn't need because ham weighed enough to cover the $35.00 minimum order.
Nothing aggregates me more than poor customer service. I called the only number listed. I was the third caller in line and still held on the phone for an hour. They hung up on me the second my call went through, not even a “hello.”My order was supposed to be delivered by noon the next day and wasn’t. I’m still waiting on a response for my order.I’ll give it a 2 star considering my first order wasn’t bad.
