I am a vegetarian and I love their Bean Avocado sandwich. Must try for all the vegetarians out there..It’s what I crave for on most days!

I had the subs once and enjoyed the food. However upon return the manager was rude. When ask about turning in an order he said he would help in 3 minues. So after I washed my hands I ce back and asked where to place the order slip. I guess I was a little loud when I asked, however he became irate and told me he's the manager and refused to make My order then told me to leave.Good food poor service.

Friendly staff and food was good. Went after lunch and not that busy. Will definitely go back.

Walked into the store at 7:15pm when online stated that they close at 8pm was told they would not make shakes for us, then after we sat down were told that we only had five minutes to eat and when we asked if we could just finish our meal got yelled at by the manager, and told that they were closing no matter what, all of which was done infront of our 6 month old. Service was horrible.

We walked in at 7:20, hours posted said till 8pm. They decided they were gunna close early, which is totally fine, BUT they didn’t tell us when we got there. They waited till we sat down and started eating before the manager said that we needed to get out. They should’ve told us the minute we walked in, “Hey we are closing early, all orders are to go only.” But they didn’t and when my husband said, “why didn’t you tell us when we got in here.” The manager got really aggressive and raised his voice and said rudely, “do you want to stay here another HOUR.” All in front of my 6 month old. All we wanted to do was finish our sandwiches. Won’t be coming here again and don’t recommend it.

I had the worst first experience at Which Wich this evening. We entered at 7:15pm and were allowed to order our food. We tried ordering milkshakes, but were told they couldn’t make them because of the time. After they took our money, they stated that they were supposed to close early, but they couldn’t because we walked in. As we were eating our food, the manager approached us and told us that we had to get up and leave because they were supposed to close at early and told us that we were not allowed to finish our food. The manager stated that we had a problem with them as soon as we walked in. The manager proceeded to fight with my friend when my friend stated that we should have been informed that they were closing early before we ordered our food.

Had their five meat three cheese signature sub. Pretty good sub the bread was Fresh and they toasted it so that made it even better. Tastes like quality bread. Meat and cheese tasted average. Reason for the 3 stars is when I first walked in you have to fill out an application to order food. I'm being sarcastic but they have these little cards that you have to fill out before you can order so that if the subs not right it's your own fault not theirs. That's what an employee told me. If you're going to make the customers do all the work for the employees why don't you just fire the employees and have order/pay kiosks for the customers use and have just employees making the subs etc... plus I'm sitting there trying to figure out "wich" card to pick because there's 10 of them. Not a good first impression guys I hope you guys do better cuz I like to see people succeed.

So my experience was kinda in the middle? The time it took to make my sandwich was fairly quick tbh. But the main issue I had was with the quality of the sandwich… as soon as I bit into it I could just tell something was off? I finally decided to open my sandwich and the tomatoes were basically ROTTEN. I’m saying on the verge of molding they were so squishy, mushy and an ill looking orange color. I’m not sure the protocols this company has on storing food items or the permitted time toppings can stay out for without switching, but it seems like they gave me some old tomatoes from the bottom of the barrel you know? The lettuce was also sort of a yellow tint and just not .. fresh. It was just a very bizarre experience tbh considering even at subway(the least appealing sandwich joint) has more fresh produce and that’s saying a lot lol. Overall the sandwich was good don’t get me wrong buttt I had to remove all of the vegetables in order to make it edible, I hope the manager maybe sees this and takes it into consideration to be more on top of these type of things .

None of our sandwiches were correct and they were barely even toasted. This place used to be amazing

Confusing for first time visiting.. over priced, small portion... Sad to say.. but subway is better..
