Great buffet, fresh with huge selection including a Hibachi grill included.
Me & my girlfriend eat here pretty often. We usually tip & give this place its points for the usual foods that we eat (note it’s not always that great). Those that wait on our tables are pretty good at refilling our drinks, taking plates & checking on us. This time we came to visit & the whole experience was different. We arrived around dinner time & the price was raised to $18.95 per person, so we knew we’d have a pricy bill. The food was horrible! I look forward to getting the coconut shrimp— it was salty. My girlfriend had a shrimp that still had the shell on it. The green beans were flat & old & weren’t replaced with fresh ones. So we ate what we could because we try not to complain. Our table was in a busy section, but no one came to refill out drinks or collect the dirty plates. We didn’t tip her because she wasn’t doing her job. After signing the check, the woman came back complaining about no tip.. we argued with her for a few minutes. She tried to say the tip was tax, but the bill clearly shows the total & the gratuity tip was not included. Eventually she laughed & balled up our bill & threw it at us ? She definitely wasn’t getting a tip after that! She proceeded to talking about us & giving us attitude & stares when leaving. Don’t understand why this restaurant is even allowed to stay running. We even brought home a free bug that was crawling on me while I was eating. We won’t be returning after this.
Where do i start. I walked in and should have turned around however, i give everyone a chance I was treated less than human and i’m dining alone. i told her it was one person and i wil figure out a beverage when i sit down. Her response to me was no you pay now. I ordered a water and not only did i never get offered a refill i was the only patron that they made to prepay. All the tables around me were asked if they wanted a refill 49 minutes later i still have not been asked. This is totally unacceptable and i will make a lot of noise about this treatment. Seriously? i just had to ask for a server and the.server looks at me and said what you want. my response was oh so you are my server i asked him why he never approached me to ask if i wanted anything to drink and in a disgusting tone want water or not i said sure and thanks. That water is still standing in the cup. He never removed the original cup. So i went to the cashier asked why was i the only one that had to prepay and she said oh mosta peeper want pay first. I reminded her she didn’t give me a choice. Then i purchased a beer. We can not allow business owners to mistreat us the consumers.
I wish I could give them a 0. I wish google review will let us do a 0 star! They are the rudest and discriminating people I have ever met.They said they had a rule that we can not throw away any food. You MUST have to eat ALL of your food. The place is so dirty is falling apart.The manager or the guy in charge he came up to us and said why did we leave food in the plate. I was with my two daughters and he started using profanity infront of my children. Keep in mind we paid for them and they don’t even eat. We paid for four people and only two eat but they charge for everyone which is fine. But the fact that he says no food can be left in the plate and what makes me the must upset is the profanity usage infront of my kids. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!! I will be calling Better Business Bureau and make a complain. This place shouldn’t be open if they are going to treat their clients like this. Keep in mind we used to love this place and have came a bunch of time. DISAPPOINTED
I have been going to this restaurant for awhile normally it is just my husband and myself. This trip I brought my daughter and two year old and seven year old. They charged $13.99 for 7 year old and 5.99 for 2 year old, my issue came when we were charged a 15% tip for having a table of 5 they list this on a small paper when you come in. Letter also states higher prices for meal then what says outside. Letter states that they would bill in advance on table of 5 or more but of course they didn’t do that. Read this letter because it also states it is not unlimited food on certain foods but never mentions what foods they are. Owner is rude, doesn’t care about the customer, he got my last 100 because my family will never be back. For these prices I can go anywhere your food is not that great as a buffet! Your business are stealing and misleading money from people! You should be ashamed of yourself.
This restaurant deserves ZERO stars. Went in with 3 adults a 2 year old and a 7 year old. Not worth 18 dollars for adults 15 dollars for my 7 year old and 6 dollars for my 2 year old who only ate 3 pieces of watermelon. Then charged us a 15% tip. Gone here SEVERAL times before and NEVER charged a 15% tip. When brought up to own we were told “we no care pay and get out” rudest owner EVER! Will never be going back to this TERRIBLE restaurant!
Food looked good, but I tried wasn't at all!! Didn't taste, as well as a funky odd taste, turnt my stomach! Horrible
Don't expect a gourmet dining experience, but boy is the food good, and boy do you get a bang for your buck. Eating here is a skill: you have to know what to load up on and what to avoid in order to make the most of it. After a few trips, once you've gotten the hang of it, this is the best way to cure your chinese food craving. 4 stars for the food, and a bonus star for the polite, attentive staff.
Very hard to find an all you can eat Chinese /Japanese with dinner (supper) under $20 now days. Their sushi is also very excellent for this type of buffet. They have very good chicken, beef, and edamame. Kimchi is not good. Missing Japanese beer - and missing green tea ice cream.
My family and I have been going to this restaurant for many years. On Christmas day I brought the entire family for dinner. Everyone was eating except for myself. I wanted to get a to-go box and while the others were going to eat. The head of the restaurant and his wife refused to let me sit at a table even if I was going to purchase a to go box at the same price as sitting at a table. Even if the owner charged a bit more I would not mind just to sit and have dinner with my family.We ended up having to all get to-go boxes. And left. This type of services was very inflexible our experience there soured…I will not be returning to this restaurant despite, again.
