I totally enjoyed my shopping experience at this Walmart. Unless I absolutely have to, I avoid Walmart, however, if this one was closer to me, I wouldn't mind it at all. It was very clean and the employees displayed exceptional customer service.
Everyone thinks Wal-Mart has the best deals. Not always. This location is better than Fletcher, however there are never enough cashiers. You can't just run to Wal-Mart real quick. The employees are stocking shelves 24/7. How about you hire some cashiers.
Well it's a Lot better than the Hood by the end of the day you'd be paying attention to the pop [email protected]$3.98 for a box of them while great value is a $1.98.STOP IT ILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING ELSE THAN POP TARTS REALLY DON'T HAVE TO GET MY TARTS IN YOUR STORE FOR THAT PRICE ?
Yup your normal walmart experience. Nobody seems happy to be there working or shopping. But it was clean and everything was labeled well. Not a bad experience for me.
This location is always pretty busy and during the remodeling of different departments it made this particular trip slightly more difficult to find the items I was shopping for. Most of the time the employees are courteous, however this time I encountered the self checkout attendant and had to put a couple items back and was questioned outloud with other customers all around me and after my answer he followed with a smart and rude comment. I left upset and embarrassed! This was my first experience at this location
I accidentally left a bottle of wine in my cart...went back to see if someone had returned it. Nope. They looked at the camera footage and found that someone had taken it. They generously gave me another!! Thanks so much for the replacement - unexpected customer service!! ?. Employees are always very courteous and friendly! Thanks so much! ???
I visited the pharmacy and I only have 1 complaint. There should be more mobility scooters. I use them sometimes but other times I walk. Lately there has been a shortage of mobility scooters or the ones that are available are not in working order. Everyone goes to Walmart, usually everything is stocked and ready to buy. Good selection of items to purchase... would have given 5 stars, get more mobility scooters and I will revisit this post.
Had what I was looking for. But no one around to help me get it from top shelf. No one to price item. Two laps around store to not find an associate on the floor. Got item down myself. Wasn't an easy task. Went to front were there were several associate talking. ? I got managers attention told her what happened and I needed a price check. She proceeded, not to apologize for inconvenience, but tell me I need to get the Walmart app to price items myself. I declined her offer and told her the application is unable to assist me from getting items off a shelf that requires a ladder. I did it, not a blasted app.? Not exactly a customer friendly store.
This store is always quick about pickup orders. At other locations you may wait 10-30 minutes, but not here. They also offer great substitutions. There was one time that I had several items that weren’t available even though I was able to walk in and find a couple in the store, so I felt there was a bit of room for improvement. However, the overall service is stellar!
Consistently dirty with expired items on the shelves. This visit on 1/6/2021 was no exception. Now I have to add moldy expired bread to my list of complaints.
