So in the banana split, the banana was hard, so after that day i went back and ordered a banana split with out a banana, they gave me a good amount ,even with out the banana , but then i went back on my birthday and ordered the same thing, but this time there was a little fat girl, she gave me a small amount of icecream, so i asked for a refund, she said did not give refunds, but she gave me my refund, then i went back today ordered the same thing and again she gave me a small amount of icecream, she is stingy with the icecream. And yet still charged me the same price of a banana split. So if you see a little fat girl preparing your order, make sure she doesn't cheat you. Too bad i didn't take a picture, there was hardly any icecream in it that I could close the lid and still have room for double the amount!
The ice cream was good, but the service was super slow. There were about 5 people ahead of us in line, and it took about 20—25 minutes to finally get our ice cream. It shouldn't take that long to serve soft serve ice cream. They seemed highly disorganized.
They have very good ice cream with a good amount of toppings, friendly & fast service. The medium size is plenty large enough, and I'm not a small guy! This place used to be a pretty good deal, but they very recently raised their prices which only makes this an ok value for an occasional treat. I came here more often before prices went up for sure. Now it's just ok for the price.
Terrible customer service. Walked 15 min for ice cream and they refused to open any of the 3 windows to serve 6 people as they were “short staffed” and could only operate the drive through but couldn’t serve us as we had no car. 3 people working is “short staffed”. Will never go to this ice cream company again as the only solution was to walk back and get our car instead of one of them serving us at the window. Got there at 2145and they closed at 2330
Went to get some ice cream with my son and destiny served us. She was so patient with him and very welcoming. Great spot wonderful Customer service.Thank you Destiny.
Went to get my favorite ice cream and twistie treats happens too be one of the few places that sells peanut butter ice cream. Destiny was so sweet and polite. Her smile is very welcoming. Definitely a people’s person. ❤️❤️
My boys and I went to get some ice cream while hanging out. Destiny took our orders. She was very attentive, listen to every detail, very polite. She made sure we got our order in a timely manner. Will definitely be back on the strength of the customer service.
It was a long day of work and school for my children so I brought them to Twistee Treat for a snack. Destiny was the one who helped us and she was so amazing. She was very patient with my children and super polite. I will definitely come back to this location!

Me and my family decided to go over to twwistee treat for some wonderful ice cream and a young lady named destiny I believe really caught my attention. She was very welcoming and has very patient and over all had great customer service. Will define back next time.
