Products sold are good. It's a favorite place to go for soft serve ice cream ?The staff is a bit of a dumpster fire though. No one knows what they are doing but The employees are nice.
I am so disgustingly addicted to this place! Their ice cream is so creamy and wonderful. I love their strawberry and I just purchased quarts of strawberry ice cream and they have a great deal when you buy two and they come with two free toppings/fillings. For the second one I do strawberry and chocolate or sometimes just chocolate with brownie pieces and cheesecake pieces. There is so much more to choose from but those are both the bomb. Their fancy cones are actually hand dipped on the spot, as ordered. That’s pretty cool. Besides the calories, I could eat here every single day of my life; even just the plain strawberry! Lol I highly, highly recommend! The staff is awesome and deserve more tips! They need to put their up jar to where people can see it in the drive thru. They work hard and fast! And always pleasant with smiles!
Pretty good place to get Ice-cream. Was a long drive through line but worth it. Not the best but very good
Very sad experience today. My three boys each earned money and wanted to buy their own ice cream. We were told that they couldn’t do three separate orders-only two. I went to park so that they could then have their own transaction and use their own money. Unfortunately, the patio is closed. So I knocked on the window several times with no answer. About 5 minutes later, a lady came out claiming to be the manager and owner. She said she could do three separate orders. I explained that there was no one in line after us so we wouldn’t be holding up the line. She was told that the line was full. Yeah, no. Obviously it wasn’t full because you haven’t made any orders. I will happily take my boys hard earned money elsewhere.
This place used to be great. Recently, there has been an alarming trend of the staff simply ignoring walk-up customers. We have experienced multiple instances of standing there for 15+ minutes without getting served while the drive thru was active and backed up as usual. Other customers standing outside were also baffled and left frustrated. I do not suggest coming here anymore. It is effectively dead to our family (like when that car hilariously drove into it overnight a few years back).
The order speaker is broken and has been for a longgggg time. You can't hear them and it makes ordering extremely frustrating. The workers were arguing with each other to the point they didn't care to help the customers. I waited way too long in line because of their issues. The ice cream is good though.
I love the place and Ice cream. Workers are Polite and Cheerful Always good Service. Always Happy to Great you. Great Service. And that makes my day. Good Customer Service 100%
We have been a few times now and are always very happy. We go through the drive-thru, and it's always fast and friendly service. This ice cream tastes amazing and is surprisingly affordable. My recommendation is the praline pecan twirl!
I used to love coming to a Twisty Treat as a kid. We thought visiting this one would be nostalgic that was until we ran through the drive-thru and they had a sign stating “No Kiddie/Small Cups”. I understand supplies may be limited; however, we asked for the amount that would normally be served in a “kiddie cup” simply be placed in a medium cup. We were told no they could not accommodate that due to inventory. I was left speechless and confused that they couldn’t do it.
Great ice cream. I also got the Oreo shake. Small (looked like a large). Amazing. Really good prices
