This place is great for humans and pets! They are super fast and have great service, Especially when it gets busy they keep things flowing. The kids that work there act very professional and try to hand out the best service.
I LOVE this place. Hands down best staff, they are always so nice. The ice cream tastes so good. I go here at least once a week and have never had a bad experience.
William is the greatest worker I have seen. He is always polite and respectful. I have never been more pleased with a person in my life. I’ve had very lite conversations with him but every time I see I talk to him you can tell he’s happy to be working and to talk to people.
I go to twistee treat all the time and I always order the same thing, for the sake of the workers not reading this comment and tampering with my order next time I won’t say what it is but it’s a twirl. It’s ALWAYS the girl in the window (the larger white girl) who always messes it up, everyone else gets it right but her and it’s the annoyance that she has an attitude every time. And when you ask to fix it she has the worst attitude . Like it’s ice cream so its NOT HARD to get right, it’s a 2 ingredients I ask for. I’m going to start asking for someone else to do my order when it’s her because the other employees get it right and give the best service, it’s ALWAYS her. The one I bought today had none of the toppings in it, they were only on the top and that’s it. Like I don’t get what her issue is but I’m not the first person to complain about her at this point, she rings it in right and charges for everything but some how GETS IT WRONG EVERY TIME. The vanilla ice cream was good though even thought I got none of my toppings ??♀️
Ordered a peanut butter milkshake with marshmallow. Not really sure what I got, vanilla with some sort of candy in it? Also, it was more melted than my girlfriend’s, almost like I got an extra shake from a previous order. Still tasted fine (it’s ice cream).Next time if the cashier says “here’s this one”, I’ll ask what it is.

The truth is you can get soft serve anywhere… but the people who work here… that’s the true blessing. Everyone here is nice, efficient, and hard working . That’s why there’s a line every day of the week. Don’t get me wrong the ice cream is good. I don’t get anything crazy… strawberry cake cone with sprinkles lol but the people, that’s why I keep coming back ??
Soft ice cream makes my engine run smoothly, and Twistee is the place for me to get it. Wow ! The peanut butter flavor with some nuts sprinkled on top, in a cake cone, was my fuel tonight. The line was short, all the ladies looked happy. Take my money, please !
I bring my kids to Twistee Treat as a reward for good grades or extra-good behavior. The ice cream is creamy and deliscious, the portion sizes are prefect, and the prices are just right!! We love coming here!
Soft Serve ice cream...what's not to love!!Girls behind counter were friendly and kind. Not enough napkins in the world to stop a small cone from melting all over your hands!! Was a special treat!
