This is the most poorly run TS location. We usually grab TS once a week if not multiple times a week. This location however is the closest one to us but it takes soooo incredibly long to order anything even if we are the only ones in the drive thru. Today, we ordered ahead, arrived 10 minutes later and still sat waiting for another 22 minutes and we were the only ones there. The girl working today had to ask us multiple times what our order was. She handed it to us all separately. It wasn’t prepared or ready waiting at the window or brought over when it was done. We love TS but the service here is a horrendous. This has happened multiple times before today. I get most places are super understaffed but when it repeatedly happens over and over especially when we are the only ones it’s a problem.
I was just in the drive through for over 35 min. waiting on a smoothie and a bottle of water, should have drove off 20 min. earlier but was trapped and did not want to drive over the bushes like the people behind me did. Was told that there were only two people working and one employee walked off because she had hit 40 hours and wouldn’t get paid for over time. Finally got to the window and Smoothie wasn’t ready nor was the young man tending the window… unbelievable, I understand being under staffed and the struggles that creates, my suggestion would be to shut down the drive through.
I would give 0 STARS if I could!! Overall time wait was about 30 minutes I Waited in the drive through window for about 10 minutes to be greeted someone, and I was the only car in the drive through and it didn't look that busy inside... I then saw a car behind me about half way through my wait and someone gave me the smoothie that wasn't even mine so they prepared the cars food behind me first.. They eventually gave me my food and I order the same smoothie each time and it tasted FAR different then what I've ever gotten before, its actually difficult to finish.. First experience at this one and would not come back, one of the employees was also very standoffish and rude.
I love Tropical Smoothie but honestly I will not come to this location ever again. More than once I place a mobile order and when I get there noone knows anything about my order. I've given it more chances than deserved but even when I arrive and they finally find my order I wait an additional 30 minutes and then I have to approach the counter while I'm obviously being ignored on purpose. Just one horrible experience after another. Other locations I get treated as a valued customer but not this one.
I only come for the plant based protein wraps and they're either out of it or they forget to defrost it everytime I come. I try to call ahead and order but they don't take orders on the phone apparently. So the last time I waited in the parking lot for a pick up order from the app and it never came. Go through the drive thru and yet again It was never defrosted so I guess they were just going to let me sit outside? The manager needs some work here...
my best friend and I ordered food to go from the mobile app and this was the closest tropical smoothie to us. We arrived on time but the they had just started to make the food so we had to wait a while for them to prepare our order. My salad came with the dressing already on it & uncut tomatoes, they were out of the sweet potatoes I ordered and gave us the wrong chips. Isaiah who was preparing our food & serving us at the drive through, completely forgot the cookie and had to ‘get it out of the back and heat it up’ and then proceeded to hand it to us ina bowl and laughing about it. It was just confusing and unprofessional. My salad looked really gross and messy and usually the dressing comes on the side. But yea the whole experience was pretty disappointing. Tropical smoothie isn’t cheap and it’s upsetting to have such sloppy service and bad attitudes. AJ was nice though.
I ordered two different smoothies from the drive thru window and a wrap. I waited 15 minutes and when I pulled away I realized they gave me the same smoothie for both, and it tasted completely like nothing, & the normal smoothie taste was not there. I turned around and went inside and the girl at the register ignored me so the guy from the window came over and I explained my problem. He had horrible customer service and I waited another 15 minutes to find the girl who ignored me in the first place dropped my smoothies down and wouldn’t say a word to me. I said, are those mine? She made a reluctant face as to say yes and walked away with no word.The smoothie remake was still wrong I don’t think they even remade them and I’ve never received worst customer service in my life. Good concept and some good choices but very poor leadership and customer service.. multiple times I've ordered here and after I pay, they'll be out the item I ordered. Such as the corn, or rice on a couple of occasions.Wait times vary tremendously, and you'll always get the smoothie about 5 mins before the food.
The hours say they are supposed to stay open until 11, and we pulled up around 10:10 pm. The lights were on, the Open sign was on, but the front doors were locked and a girl inside mouthed that they were closed. Tried the drive-thru beforehand and no response, just a dude walking around eyes stuck to his phone. If y'all ain't open turn off the Open sign and adjust the hours on the site. At least 2 other customers experienced the same thing around the same time my fiance and I did.
Took 40 minutes to get our food. I ordered the quesadilla with a bunch of stuff in it, ended up getting one with just cheese in it. They don’t call names or orders when the food is ready, they also don’t label the food so there ends up being a mass of bags and parcels on the counter with no labeling.
