I needed a catering service for my baby shower and Trisha did an amazing job!!! She made sure the food was fresh and hot, The food was so delicious & authentic, everyone loved it. I love how trish gave me instructions on how to store and serve the food for best quality, kept in contact with me weeks ahead of the baby shower & treated me like family!

First and foremost if you don't know about this gem then you don't know what your missing. This is one of the best west Indies food trucks you will find this side of central Florida. Freshly made Rotti and Dhalpuri daily and on the weekends in the morning you can get your fill of fresh doubles while available, because double sell out quick. The food is seasoned to perfection served with freshly made pepper and tamarind sauce, the menu has its house and daily specials along with local refreshing beverages. I suggest calling in for pick up for the fastest service. Located off i4 highway on orient exit by casino and fairgrounds make a right and you will see the sign on your right hand side.
Dahl and rice is my go to food. Its the first thing I asked my mom to teach me to cook when I got back from my first year in college. If you love it like I do, you'll love this place. The only problem is they think Americans don't like heat but they do have a good pepper sauce. Since she cooks every shrimp curry to order I'm going to try to bribe her to include a seven pot.Guys great lime - you have to wait but if you're trini you know this. 10 minutes means thirty, just have a drink and lime.Roti game on point - best dahlpouri in town.
Had to stop and check out this Authentic Trini Roti spot after hearing good things about it. I am happy to say they did not disappoint! Best roti I had in Tampa, the women in the kitchen very friendly and great energy. Highly skilled with the pots and pans! I will be coming back often!! Be sure to try their homemade Sorrel juice.
I love this place. The doubles are to die for and the rest of the brunch items. The best part for me is I love the hot spice they use. It’s perfect !!!! The macaroni pie is sooooo gooood. I would recommend this place to any and everyone. My favorite Caribbean restaurant. ❤️❤️❤️

This place is delicious and definitely the best in Tampa! The roti is fresh, and the curry shrimp and channa are my absolute favorites! Great customer service as well! You can tell this food is made with love! You won't find anything like it!
