Food was good as always, service could use some work.
Excellent service, delicious food, nice venue though a bit old.
Knowing Tampa traffic we arrived 20 minutes early. We were told to wait at one of the bars which were filled to capacity. We wound up standing for 20 minutes while it appeared there were open tables. A friendly waiter arrived and joked while he explained the menu. There are not many choices. But the food was very good. We ordered wine with dinner but it never showed up. My wife had the catch of the day, cobia, which she said was good. I had the veal Nonno Pasquale which had a heavy cream sauce. The veal was tender. Overall it is a very good neighborhood Italian restaurant and if it was in my area I would be a regular. But I would not drive 45 minutes again to go there.
The service was excellent from beginning to end. Our food was what we expected. The only thing is that my cappuccino was not hot. I like my coffee hot. Besides that all great.
The food was excellent, our waiter was very knowledgeable in the menu and the wine list and that just made the ambiance even better. He helped us pick the perfect wine to complement our food and provided information on the chef and the restaurant itself. Btw, the food was great in case I didnât mention it already, we will definitely be back again!
Great service nice environment and the food was outstanding!
Anniversary
Everything was delicious as always. Johnny was great!
Sitting upstairs we didn't receive the best service as the bartender was our waitress and she was overwhelmed. Table was next to the kitchen door which also hindered our experience. Fook was excellent as always.
Everyone was so friendly and the food was great. It fills up fast, so make sure you grab a reservation.
