I give 4.9 stars - not for the service, but I have received 2 orders that were not up to par (one eggroll fried so long that I think the cabbage melted, and a low mein ordered with mushrooms and onions, but came with everything). I want to add that they did fix and/or accomodate for the next order.I found them when I moved to this part of Tampa. Glad I did.I don't know the guys name that answers the phone, but no one else should EVER be allowed to answer but him.At Christmas: HoHoHo TokyoAnywho...I've had a little of everything from traditional Chine to Sushi to the Japanese. Everything has been outstanding...the best part is they make it exactly how you want.This is based off delivery as we have not gone to eat inside.If you're in the area, give them a whirl, I don't think you'll be disappointed.
OMG i stumble on this place by accident and so glad i did!!! The lunches are so delicious. My fav is the bourbon chicken... but their sushi rolls are out of this world!!!
Been getting takeout here for years and always been more than satisfied but what really stuck out to me was this past experience when I ordered some food from here on Uber eats and the delivery driver didn’t check in with the app making it seem like he was at the restaurant waiting on my food. So I called the restaurant asking where my food was and turns out he left with my food long before I called. I did end up getting my food like an hour later but what was awesome was that the manager text my phone personally and made sure I got my food. This meant so much to me for some reason. It’s the little things! Great food and great staff!
My family and I absolutely love Tokyo on Hillsborough, we must oder from this place 5 times a month. They have a bit of everything from Japanese sushi to good ole Chinese general TSO chicken. Each time we order via the app, the manager calls to make sure our order is going to the right house since we tend to order from here even when we are visiting friends. We love it!
I've eaten quite a few times from this place, their food is always delicious, we like the Egg foo young, Bourbon Chicken, Chicken lo mein and their sushi is also really delicious. I give it 5 stars because they've never disappointed us.
Not high-end sushi or chinese. But everything was a good quality and presented well. Could have been a little more flavorful. But I got exactly what I ordered. Pick up was organized and nothing was left off the order. Thank you
ABSOLUTE WORSE CHINESE RESTAURANT IN TAMPA BAY. THE FOOD IS DISGUSTING AND RUBBERY AND THE PEOPLE ARE RUDE AND NASTY. THE CHICKEN S ALWAYS DRY AND OLD AND SO ARE THE EGG ROLLS. WASTE OF MONEY.
Decent Chinese food and Sushi, if I refrigerate and eat them the next day I get sick
Wrong order 2 times in a row. Food not at a quality of a restaurant. Delivery is worse. Will never order here again no matter how local. I would bet kitchen not even clean. Cuz the fryers prove it in the food.
