Visited this restaurant with my daughter this past Monday (6/6/22). It was our 1st time trying Indian food. The food was good and flavorful. However, they lacked customer service skills completely, made us feel uncomfortable while we waited in their 100% empty dining area. Not a soul called or came by in 25 minutes we waited.Not sure if this was just an off evening or the norm. However, don't think we'd be willing to try them again in the future.2☆'s because the food was good.
I ordered the Chicken Biriyani, it had so much flavor, I am definitely looking forward to eat here again!! It was a great portion, I had enough to take home the next day and enjoy it all over again.
The fact that they were open on a Saturday night until 1 am for takeout was a blessing. On top of that, the food was delicious. We will be back.
This is the worst restaurant in Tampa. They should be taught about a basic customer service rules... at least for twice they kept me waiting an extra 30+ minutes plus not so great taste either.. they have no money to appoint a person at the cash register... I guess the owner is the only cooking person at the kitchen and I heard him yelling at the waiter boy... people expecting a basic customer service gestures should avoid this place... I am giving 1 star to show how poor they are!
We visited this store yesterday evening with our family friends. This was our first visit to Tampa so we just chose this restaurant nearby. In few words, everyone's reaction was WORST ever food, service, premises. Restrooms were stinking very badly like they were not cleaned for weeks. Nobody was there to even provide boxes for leftover and the waiter was rude who started asking for payments while we were eating. Also, we ordered Daal Makhni which was smelling bad and the bread was over cooked. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Amazing food!! The waiter was super friendly and king enjoy my time there a must to eat if you haven’t tried Indian food yet!
I ordered the coconut rice, lamb Korma and cheese naan. My girlfriend got the chicken tikka masala and garlic naan. Their naan bread is incredible. If they combined the cheese and garlic naan it would probably be a crime. They are both incredible. I haven't had Indian food this good in a very long time and couldn't be more impressed with their food and service. They have a large menu and I am excited to come back and try their buffet soon.10/10 I would highly recommend. If you love Indian food I would strongly suggest you visit this place
Ordered madras chicken for dinner with DoorDash.Well packed and hot !But, curry was bland and no flavor. Felt like eating chicken and coconut gravy.Rice was broken and not fresh.Overall a decent job, could improve on flavor and spice level
This was our first time dining at Tikka Masalaa. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was excellent. We ordered regular and cheese Naan bread. Both were so hot, fresh and tasty but the cheese Naan bread was amazing. We also had the butter chicken (mild) and chicken chutney wala (medium spicy) dishes for our entrees .Both dishes were very delicious and plentiful. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommended.
Customer Service from the time you get in the door. Service and food excellent. Enough food to serve 2 people from 1 plate. Excellent family ?️. Calm and relaxing place to enjoy. Will be back again. Price is very decent.
