My first visit to this location and it's a step down from my regular place in West Chase. The flautas I ordered look nothing like I've ever seen. The take home box looked a bit disappointing compared to what I am used to. The meal itself was pretty good but was light on the extras that come with an "all the way" order. Since I have never had anything else from this location I'll leave it at that.
I never write reviews, but Karly’s service was EVERYTHING! I’ve never experienced service like that, she genuinely cared about making sure my order was right and I got everything I wanted. She made me feeel loved I can’t explain it , she was so nice! I will drive 30min jus to this location from now on! Thanks girly, keep that great attitude, smile, & contagious personality! You Rock
Love the food in this place. You can never go wrong with them and all there delicious food. I don't have a favorite cause I e tried everything and it's all good like Bruce Almighty said. Great food great drinks and a place where you can bring your family and friends and have some fun here. ?
Kayla gave me wonderful friendly service. The Food was fresh and so good. The restaurant was clean. I want to give a big thanks to the whole crew from the manager to the serving crew. They had smiles on their faces, working as a team andThe customer was on point from the time I walked in till I walked out. I will be back .
I don’t understand this place….. endless varieties of free hot sauce but you have to pay for salsa. Generally expensive. I got quesadillas a drink and queso cheese, I figured if I had to buy my dip I’ll get the cheese. $15 and chips aren’t refillable! I’ve never been to a Mexican place where salsa just doesn’t come automatically with the chips and for real who puts hot sauce on chips? I was so confused at this place….
Google listing says to close at 10pm, window says 9:30 and the angry little girl inside says 9pm and shrugs her shoulders... The incompetence of keeping accurate hours is beyond me.. But who cares she still gets her hourly pay no matter if this causes any customers any inconvenience. There are plenty of places to eat...
I used to love this place but it has gone downhill A LOT Taco shells that are half full at best. Drink refills are a thing of the past. Taste and quality are way down. I asked about why the taco shells are so empty and was told "we are supposed to say supply chain issues, but in reality it is corporate cutting costs" I asked about drink refills and was told that if the customer asks for one they will get it for them but they are no longer asking customers if they want a refill. Also a corporate directive.
Don’t bother ordering to go on Taco Tuesday, you WILL wait a long time. Consistently late on preparing orders (I’ve been twice with the same result, shame on me), poor communication (my order was being “packed up” and 25 minutes later still not ready), and severe attitude from the shift manager when I asked for a refund after placing a to go order over 1.5 hours prior and still having not received the order. Finally get a “refund” receipt after a long wait for the “manager”; Great, but checking my credit card two days later, original charge is now posted, but NO refund pending or posted. What happened?
The staff in the atmosphere on this place is a big part of the reason why I keep going back. The major reason is obviously the food, I used to be obsessed with spicy food but due to new dietary issues I haven't been able to indulge. So I'm going to a place like this to have a hot bar with varying spiciness levels and it's truly a treasure for me to find.
This was not the same Tijuana Flats we had our meal a few years ago. Maybe the pandemic changed everything. Food was not tasteful, and the fact that the person mentioned that i should pay for sauces was surprising to me.
