I've only been here once but I really liked their hot wings (the hottest they have). The flavor was good but they didn't put a lot of sauce on them so I had to order an extra side of sauce. The hotter the better. Sitting out on the 2nd floor balcony was nice as well as the atmosphere.
Stopped in for dinner and it was not busy. At the door, we had to wait a solid 5 minutes before someone even acknowledged our presence.After being sat, we were informed that they no longer have real menus and that we have to view menus on our phones. At the very least, it is inconvenient. Personally, I find it insulting that a business will not even keep them on hand for customers.When the waiter finally arrived, we placed an order for appetizers and main courses. Immediately upon completion of the order, we let our waitress know we were very hungry and that they should bring anything to the table as soon as it is available.40 minutes later, everything comes out together.We were not told there was a backup. We were not handed appetizers as appetizers. We were not checked on. They only brought everything at once.As the appetizers were no longer needed (as they were to satiate our hunger), I sent them back.Amongst everything else, we were never given silverware, many of our sauces were forgotten, and we were not offered refills on our drinks.So, I've given them 1 star for two main reasons. Firstly, there is not a 0-star option. Secondly, I found out I like horseradish sauce.Unfortunately, the rest of the experience left me wishing I had taken my family to Taco Bell.
I love Wing House. To us their wings are far superior to Hooters, and their uniforms are way cuter. This one by Bucs Stadium has been nothing but a disappointment for the last year. The bartenders run the show... period. Our waitress tonight was sweet, and the food was fine. But we're watching a Rays game when the guys at the end of the bar (who the bartender was flirting with like crazy ever since they sat down) apparently wanted to watch the California/Texas basketball game on the biggest screen there.... which ended up in every screen except 4 small ones being changed to that game. So. Screw everyone who was watching an actual Florida team because girl wanted a better tip. The only reason we even come to this one anymore is because the other one burned down. Hopefully they open that one soon because these girls are a trip. The music too... probably 90% of the clientele here tonight was not Spanish, but at 8:30 it changed to Mexican music. A blend is fine but literally it was all salsa, merengue, etc. for over an hour before we left..
short shorts and low-cut tops don't even begin to compensate for the poor level of service cold food and incomplete order that we experienced. No Management in sight the girls behind the bar were running around like their hair was on fire no Organization no procedures in place what a train wreck this place is they were not short staffed there were plenty of workers the only problem was no organization or leadership food came out cold and we did not receive half of our order.
Great atmosphere. Good selection of wings. We ordered to go. Food was cooked quickly and we received good service. We will come back and dine in next time.
We went there to eat. Apparently we had the wrong idea. Our server, Hope, was great, but the photo shows the quality of the food served. They tried to charge us for these veggies that should not have even made it to our table!
The wings are cooked right, however somewhat confusing choices. They offer many different styles of wings, and if you want basic traditional bone-in wings, make sure you make it clear to the staff. The service was great and food came out timely. I would eat here again.
So happy I stopped in. The food was spot on and my waitress was very sweet and attentive. I noticed they Olympics was not on so when the manager stopped by my table to see how things were I mentioned none of the TV's were showing the Olympics. He said I'll be right back and changed one of them so I could watch it. That's customer service!!
My wings barely had sauce on them and it looks like somebody just threw some sauce on top its very stingy for a 50 dollar order . this is my first time trying this place by the way I am very dissatisfied
The wings and salad/fish were delicious. The waitress was attentive. The main TV was a bit loud; but impressive/huge for the hockey game. ? definitely would go back, not for a date though..?? but to eat and watch a game . Great entertainment place and environment.
