My family loved the location, service, & room! It was spacious enough for a family of four. Everything is within walking distance of all the fun activities at the Habor. If you need to hop on an electric scooter they are all around for more exploring.
My boyfriend and I stayed at The Westin July 25-27th and we absolutely loved it! Ronald from the front desk gave us such a warm welcoming and was absolutely great! Our room was on the 10th floor overlooking the water and we both didn't want to leave the room just so we can enjoy the view, it was that beautiful. We also ordered dinner from the bar and the food was amazing!!! Still think about it to this day. Definitely an overall great experience and would highly recommend!
Great Staff. Very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in an excellent location...Close to many great restaurants and shopping. I travel a lot for business and this property is one of my favorites! I'll be back!
Staff was friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. There were 2 reasons I didn’t give 5stars was that our initial room assignment was very musty smelling and my wife couldn’t stay in the room due to the smell. In general most of the carpeting, including in our room, was dated and although it may have been clean, it didn’t appear that way. The exercise room was more than adequate and I used it daily. Alcohol wipes were missing most days though
My room was very nice and had a great view of the harbor. I loved the location right on Harbor Island as well! The restaurant/bar onsite was also very good! Service was excellent and the room was very clean! I look forward to staying here again.
The 4th floor room had a nice view of the little marina below. Lovely sunset views in the evening. Food at the bar was good. Breakfast buffet had just about everything you could want and was very reasonably priced. I had minimal staff interaction, but those interactions were pleasant and professional. The fitness center had a good range of equipment and was spacious.
The bartender on Thursday 8/4at night was amazing the hotel has always been a great place for me to stay when I have medical appointments thank you so much for everything, the staff really knows how to take care of their guests
Staff was friendly, room was very clean, comfortable bed, pillows were spot on. Highly recommend this hotel for vacation or business. Jacksons is right next door, great restaurant making location perfect. The pool area was nice, brought us drinks. Bar is fun as well. Great bartenders and excellent cocktails. We had breakfast buffet everything was fresh and hot. Smoke salmon was outstanding. Next ti.e I visit Tampa will be coming back to this gem.
Hotel stay was awesome. Clean hotel, great food/libations, friendly/helpful staff and the area that the hotel was located in was great! I would definitely stay here again and I would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the Tampa Bay area
Had a great stay at this hotel. Clean and spacious room. Excellent front desk and housekeeping team. Walking distance to the ferry and trolly. Good places to eat and not far from the airport. Can't go wrong with this property.
