We always receive excellent customer service! if you can get a reservation in the dining room, Brantley is the best! India and Roberto always manage the place to assure you have a wonderful experience! Amelia (Amy)and Teya always exceed expectations at the bar. We love the Rez!!
Get reservations if you plan on dining here. Pricey as you might imagine being at a casino. The service was slow because it was very busy but the staff were very pleasant. The food was excellent!
We had a great server and the vibe is really relaxed. I ordered a margarita pizza and it needed fresh tomatoes and basil. It had sauce and a tiny bit of fresh basil. Our friend ordered veal parmigiana and it was dry so he didn't eat it. The manager did stop @ our table to ask if Gary would like another entree. He declined the offer. My fiance had the Filet (delicious) with spinach ? and a side of diced potatoes. The sides are for sharing, not individual sides. The potatoes were deep fried? lacked flavor, and overcooked. Leftovers were boxed up nicely, along with napkins and plastic ware.
Had 7:00 reservation. Many empty tables hostess rude and said can’t seat till the 6:45 reservation seated. So we chose to sit a bar. Chris & Emil made up for rude unfriendly check in they wereso much fun , glad we chose to sit at the bar for dinner. Awesome food and service at the bar
My husband and I decided to try the Rez Grill again while staying overnight at the Hard Rock on Thursday because we wanted the short ribs. We always dine at the Council Oak on our stays and now I know why. First we had reservations for 5:15pm we arrived early nobody there and they would not seat us until exactly 5:15pm. Ok now we wanted a bottle of wine they didn't have it so we decided on another bottle. After 20 minutes where is our wine oh they went downstairs to find one don't tell us this waited another 20 minutes for them to comeback. Our appetizers where already here and gone before we had our drink. Now my husband orders the short ribs with mashed potatoes and they are both cold so we tell the manager about it and he shrugs it off oh I'll tell them in the kitchen. Not saying oh let me make it right. This a health issue when the food is not cooked right, I think the Health Dept. Should be informed about this. Not happy with this restaurant and will not be going back you want good food stay with the Council Oak where the service and food is much better. At least at the Council Oak they make you feel welcomed like you are family.
The Rez has the most amazing service and best food. I’ve always lived their ambiance and eye to detail.
Really comfortable place to go. Appetizers were great- grouper cheeks and Brussels sprouts. Dinner was equally impressive.
Mother’s Day Brunch ,food was not all that lobster Benedict no lobster meat inside of it shrimp and grits was alright salad ok all tomatoes rib’s was good, manger at that time was not very helpful when we complained about our food
Terrific staff, wonderful food quality, fair ambience, and reasonably fair price. I expected it to be more upscale, but many patrons were very casual. If you are looking foe fine dining, the Council Oak is the place. The REZ is more expensive casual.
I ordered the waffle and fried chicken. What a disappointment! The chicken came to me cold. Five minutes later the meal came for a second time, and it tasted like recooked fried chicken, a dried out half breast, plus the thigh was undercooked, raw at the bone. The manager was sent over. She was quite rude. She said that I could order another meal if I paid for it, and I was given a five dollar discount. I left the remainder of the meal.
