We went here right after an awful experience at a restaurant nearby. This made up for that experience and even turned our night around into a positive one. The service was nice, the staff were friendly and enjoyable, and the ice cream was fabulous. I got the chocolate habañero and I was not disappointed. It was easily one of the most lovely ice cream flavors I've ever had with the nice ice followed by the intense heat. I loved this place and I can't wait to have that chocolate habanero again.

This place is great, we visit their Brandon location regularly and it’s always a great experience. The staff is wonderful and friendly, shout out to Journey and her team mates this evening. We will definitely be frequent visitors this summer. Very cool ice cream flavors and unique flavor options?

Great flavors, as expected after having visited the Heights location as well. Major props to the young lady running the store alone as she got slammed in the final hour open. I love that these flavors are also locally influenced, and the hours make for a great late night dessert.Had to knock off a star for the broken waffle machine. If your employee says “it’s still broken” you should’ve bought a new one by now.
