I have been coming here for years and never been so disappointed like today. First I had to wait in line for 3 ice creams for over 10 minutes, then they messed up 2/3 of my orders. Lastly they couldn’t even have any basic services courtesy like greeting their customer or saying thank you. My ice cream was served sideways and basically melted by the time the worker had time to get of her phone to give it to me. Do better people! So disappointed.
Ordered a large hot fudge sundae and was given this kiddy cup.The girl also had to keep asking me the same questions about what I wanted and kept repeating back the wrong thing. She took way too long to make it, too. I asked if it was the correct size and the girl said yes. It had barely any toppings/fudge because she couldn't even fit them in there.The other locations have large clear cups with correct portions for their sundaes. I'd hate to see what the smaller sizes look like. Don't waste your time going to this location. Such a disappointment.
There is nothing I can say that will convey the deliciousness of these tasty decadent treats. Everything here is wonderful. Pictured is the oatmeal cream, peanut butter pie and carrot cake.

This location is not as good as all of the other ones. The ice cream was thin and the size of the cone was small. But the prices are higher peris her higher. Probably won't return
Stopped by on a Saturday afternoon. The service was ok, and the ice cream was ok (ordered a Reece's cups and not exactly sure what was in it, I think some of my wife's Snicker's ended up in mine). Only one option for sizes on the Twirls. We have been to a ton of Twistee's and this visit was probably our least favorite.
