Good food, awesome coffee and great service.
It’s 5am. I’ve called the front desk twice because of loud noise and partying outside. They give zero cares. I have to be up and out in an hour and a half. Came here for some rest after a long flight. Guess that’s not happening tonight. This is disgusting. Never again.
I am behind in writing this review. I have to say this was such a pleasant stay. The hotel has been renovated and is so pretty. We had a suite and it was perfect for 6 nights. The new furniture and decor is so nice. The beds are so comfortable that we had to purchase a new mattress when we got home. With Covid we did not have maid service everyday...but anytime we needed something they took care of it for us. Very sweet people grateful for a job! We enjoyed the pool a couple days. Thank you for everything!
Great stay. The location is central to everything in Tampa. The staff was very friendly. Special thanks to Matt at the bistro and front desk. He went out of his way to provide outstanding customer service. Rooms are recently renovated. Nicely appointed. The pool although small, was well maintained.
I travel a bit and I'm a big fan of the Marriott Brand. We had a morning flight so booked a hotel close to the airport. The location is great, about 4 miles away so it was a 10 minute drive to drop off the car rental. It's a new building so accommodations (pool, fitness center, and lobby) were fresh and nice. The bad news: We stayed in Room 139 and the front door would stick from time to time so you can to put a shoulder into it to get inside. There was hair in the tub from the previous occupant, so gives you the feeling that what else is not clean. There was some ladder in the hallway with a ceiling tile open and no one there for more than a few hours. Not sure what was going on there, but it did obstruct the hallway for people and bags.
I stayed the Courtyard Marriott Tampa West shore and it was alright, rooms are a little small but nice. It has plenty of plug ins for you electronics and the bed was comfortable. This place has a pool, gym and a small cafe where you can order food in the morning only. This hotel also has an airport shuttle. The front entrance was closed due to construction so you have to enter from the side door. I might give this hotel another shot in the future.
Only 8 minutes from Tampa airport so the location is perfect. Plenty of restaurants within a 5 minute drive. Rooms are clean and comfortable with sofa and desk space great for couples or business travel. Definitely stay again!
This hotel was just perfect for me, hotel staff is awesome and they make sure you have a wonderful stayed while visiting their hotel. Rooms were cleaned and spacious. Hotel is fairly renovated, how ever not much going on because of the #covid-19 Nearby restaurants were closed. Hotel is a max 10 minutes drive on the hotel shuttle. They have a small store for snacks and a few TV dinners.
They didn’t bother telling me that they don’t do room service. I ordered food and waited for almost an hour. Then called to check the status and they told me it’s “probably” ready. And that I can come get it. I asked if they do room service and she said no. Go to pick it up and it’s cold. Ridiculous.
