Front desk people were kind and helpful but that is all the positive I can tell you. The carpets were dirty and warn. Even the carpet on the luggage cart we’re worn and dirty. The room was smelly and carpets were dirty and stained with wine or blood. We asked for a balcony but that too was dirty and the view looked out on the trash bins.
Great stay. Clean rooms, friendly greeting at the front deck. Would and will definitely be back here to stay when traveling for work or just to getaway with the family. Enjoyable and relaxing stay. Try and see
This property is poorly maintained, when I was there, there were palm leaves everywhere and the grass wasnt cut. The window in my room didnt lock in my room and you couldnt see out of because the seal was compromised and internally it's all white between the glass. No microwave and the fridge was too loud for me so I unplugged it. Couldnt regulate the temp in the room either. The staff was nice and the place is reasonably clean. I wont stay here again.
Infested with biting bugs!!! I travel frequently and use Marriott all the time (Titanium). This hotel has a series of problems. High speed WiFi didn’t work unless you spoke with their teach reps and have them your computer info. First room (rm 100) had flea like bugs crawling over the desk and furniture. We asked to move rooms and they apologized and gave us room 312. We slept there and my son was eaten up with bugs all over his chest and stomach. This place is infested with bugs! I checked out early and they gave me refund for the unused night but no other compensation for all the issues. Terrible experience.
This hotel has been recently renovated (and upgraded). The rooms are a gray/white/black color scheme, modern and extremely spacious. The TV was very large (50"+) with a plethora of channels. The bathroom was extremely modern with a large walk-in shower and complementary shampoo/conditioner/body soap dispensers. I can't say enough about the bed though - queen size, super comfortable with pillows of varying firmness. The rooms are quiet and there are amazing blackout curtains. I got up one morning at 9 am and I would have sworn it was the middle of the night. The front desk staff was phenomenal with all kinds of suggestions (including a great book suggestion!) - so kind and friendly. We will definitely stay here again if we're in the Tampa area. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants. We were actually there for a tournament, so if you have to go to the Tampa Sportsplex, it's only 5 minutes away!
