SaltBlock did an amazing job for our wedding. Would highly recommend for any wedding. We will be using them in the future.
If you’d like to spare yourself the long-winded version, they ran out of food at our wedding and were not able to feed 5-6 tables full portions, if anything at all.We originally booked SaltBlock in 2019 for our 2020 wedding because they were the required vendor for the wedding venue we had picked out (that they also owned at the time). Both my husband and I were pretty excited to have them cater because we had heard wonderful things about their food. They lost the venue during COVID but we decided to keep them as a vendor with our new venue and wedding date in 2021 and I honestly wish we hadn’t. The team was hard to get ahold of and I didn’t feel as though their pricing was very transparent but the cherry on top of it all was RUNNING OUT OF FOOD. About 5-6 tables barely had any food if any at all. My husband and I were mortified and I spent a solid portion of my evening in the bridal suite crying from embarrassment. Ryan called after the event to apologize and promised they would not only make it right financially but wanted to do something nice for us (like cater an event for our family) and promised an email would be sent stating such. The only emails I received were two letting us know they would be sending a check for the amount of people that were not fed. Nothing regarding the offer to cater and nothing was offered for the pain and suffering we dealt with on our wedding day. The food was fantastic but running out of food, especially for that many tables, wasn’t worth it. After talking with my day-of, this was not the first event she worked that they royally messed up. Incredibly disappointed to say the very least.
Salt Block did an excellent job providing our catering for our wedding celebration! It was a perfect night with great service. My guests are still asking about those steak tacos..Absolutely delicious food and amazing staff. Plan on hiring them for future parties. Five stars all the way!!
SaltBlock Hospitality catered my graduation party at Rooftop 220. Not only did everyone enjoy the food and set ups, but their service was top notch. They made every step of the process effortless and went above and beyond on the day of the event. I can not recommend them enough!!

Attended a wedding where they were the caterers - excellent bites for the cocktail hour, great food for dinner, and everyone from the team I interacted with was working with a smile on their face!
Catered my best friend wedding. Biggest day of her life. Funky food . A lot of buildup they cooked all day but food was just dookie. Hopefully it was a fluke but that good gotta be fixed. Needs to have good taste
We had a wonderful experience with SaltBlock at our wedding this past weekend. They went above and beyond on just about everything and all of our guests were head over heals for the delicious dinner and the appetizers that went around during cocktail hour. Very professional staff that made sure everyone had fresh drinks and tables were cleared all evening. I would use them again and again if need be in the future for gatherings and parties. And will definitely be recommending them to anyone else that gets married! Thank you so much for your expertise!
