Working with Kim at Tampa Bay Food Trucks was fantastic! She was communicative, flexible, and willing to work with some of our weird ideas - such as finding a truck that would be willing to make a special "mac and cheese" meal. She also worked really hard to honor our wishes of finding women-owned businesses AS WELL as making sure we had vegetarian options for our family and friends. The food itself was fantastic - I can't recommend The St. Pete Taco Lady and The Slider Guys enough. They were prompt to arrive and set up, the food was delicious, and our guests LOVED that the meal wasn't a traditional, plated, sit-down affair. If you're thinking of doing something outside of the box, I highly recommend using TBFT.
Jennifer with Tampa Bay Food Trucks connected me with the Taco Lady food truck for my daughters first birthday party and it was a huge hit! Jennifer coordinated everything and the food truck came early and was ready to go as soon as the guests arrived. Everyone absolutely loved the food! They even accommodated a special request from some children at the party. I really loved that the food was hot- made to order and that I didn’t have to do a thing. It was perfect and I’ll definitely use in future.

These guys are great. They put on a very informative seminar that helped me understand the food truck business. Once I bought a truck they helped me modify it exactly the way I wanted it. The work was very good quality and sky was the limit on what could be done in the truck. What ever modifications I needed they found a way to to get it done. They also offer support to kick off your food truck with a list of scheduled events and lunches around the city. When I was done with my truck they found a buyer for it and took care of the transaction for me. They even took the check to the bank for my and deposited it into my account. That’s how your supposed to do business. Great work guys
