Very surprised by the cleanliness and quality at this location. I came in for something to eat after 2am, the food was great and ordering was easy.I love Mexican soda with my tacos so that made me happy too. Looking forward to trying more on the menu. Highly recommended by me going forward.
Everything was very good, I asked for spicy Hot Sauce and I gotta say it tasted good but not spicy

Awesome service, very clean and food was delicious, empanadas where a little skimpy but still delicious. Also they are hiring and it's inside the shell station on the corner of US-301 and Martin Luther King Blvd. Convenient to Brando the Casino Seffner even c. I took extra pictures of the inside of the store because I thought my husband was Tripping when he said let's get some food from the gas station ??? deff not what I expected it completely changed my mind when I saw the inside and they where cool AF ‼️ I hope y'all can check them out or refer someone for a job. Worst service ever, I waited a half hour to get my food. I had to ask them for, it and it was sitting in the back. Then she puts it in a bag and says I called you. Wrong I was sitting there watching give people their food that came after me. She never put a any utensils or napkins in the bag so now I can't eat my food.
If you find yourself at a Taco Bus and you aren't a local, I could see how tacos at a gas station might give you New Jersey Airport food fears. But Taco Bus is ALWAYS great. They managed to wrestle their way up from the bottom and I'm telling you, they're the best brand tacos in Tampa. Do your taste buds a favor and go love on these tacos.
They have a picture of real homemade flan on their online menu so I ordered it and it’s literally a prepackaged process block of cream that came in soaking wet plastic. 5 dollars too. Could not have possibly been more disappointed
I & my co works have been going to Taco Bus @ 301 & MLK for more than 10 years, we love the Taco Tuesday. However in the past I would call and would be ask to hold, of course no problem, BUT WHEN YOU GET LEFT ON HOLD.. not so much fun. This has happen loads of time. For the most part it is irritating. I all ways TIP very nicely. So yesterday I call and was ask to hold. WELL I HELD FOR 12 MINUTES, I just do paper work while waiting. Well no one would pick the phone up. In the past I just have never said anything to them. But yesterday not so much. So when I drove down, keep in mind it is a 15 minute drive to them, I go out of my way to them. I said something to the girl taking my order, Anita & I in no way was out of line, I was polite. I ask for the owner to call so I could get them help on call in orders. Well let me tell you what she said to me.....From her mount, I don't care about the call in orders, she stated who is in front of her are the one important. Call in can just wait until I get to them...which is never. I ask for the owners #, she said she didn't know it. Gezz what does she do when an emergency happens. So I left my # and ask if Omar would call me, which that was the name she gave me for the owner. I have not heard back. This is really too bad...Taco Bus lost a long time customer, just because of Anita...by the way she did get an attitude. Once again I was polite, made sure the other customers could not hear, kept a low voice. My name is Karen....However I'm not a mean Karen....And I feel bad to write such a bad review. Hopefully this will get the attention of the owner. I hope he doesn't feel the same. Karen
Looks are decieving. This Taco restaturant is located inside a gas station store. The restaurant counter where you order is literally a school bus that was cut in half. The menu is incredible; I had a tough time deciding what to order but my party of 5 ordered 5 fdiffernt items and did a tasting of each. everything was excpetional. Their Green Sauce is incredible and its home made. Highly recommended!
I would not recommend this place. I purchased an $11 Seafood Burrito and what you see is what I got. The shrimp was to be "blackened" yet as you can see, not so. The fish was a tiny piece of non seasoned grouper. There was absolutely no flavor or seasoning whatsoever ever added to any of the protein. There was 4 pieces of shrimp. For $11 I'd have expected alot more than what I got. I was visiting from Arizona and thought the Mexican food would be comparable but I was wrong. DONT RISK IT.
