I loved the decor, ambiance and the service. The food and presentation were great as well. I loved the various renditions of the birthday song. One of the front staff facilitating the seating did a nice gesture for me. He saw I was having a hard time standing while waiting for seating. He offered me a chair until my party was called. I didn't even know he noticed me. I really appreciated that. Overall a great experience!

Although one can order food here, burgers, salads etc. the main draw is the ice cream... almost everyone there at the same time as us, were enjoying yummy looking ice cream creations.... and they taste as good as they all look!
We loved the food, drinks, and the atmosphere. You have to try the rainbow pancakes, rainbow sliders, and one of the alcohol concoctions. ð Our waitress, Cody Ray, was helpful and friendly. We will definitely go back.
It took 35 minutes to get water. Waiter was struggling to take care of 3 tables. One of the expensive drinks was horrible but couldnât tell anyone because no one came over to tell. They had no problem gathering to sing Happy Birthday 5 times but couldnât them to bring me a knife. Stuck in a spot that my husband had to get up multiple times to let the other table people out. Very disappointed . Waste of time and money !
Loved it, brought my 5 grandchildren for desserts, they were so delicious but VERY expensive.
Food was blan. Service took forever to bring drinks or acknowledge. Everything is overpriced. They don't have beer or wine but have overpriced fishbowl drinks filled with all ice. My kids like the shake but overall not worth it.
The service was Awesome! It was our 1st time ever going and we definitely will be back ! We loved it!
Unfortunately we had terrible service and it was really loud that we had to shout to each other. The food was decent though and the milkshake was delicious!

This was our first time visiting the Sugar Factory. My family and I was pleased with the service we received. The food was delicious and the experience alone was well worth it. We will be going back.
