Went today with my son to kill some time between Dr. Offices. Food was great, so I'm not going to rate low for my experience. I had a seizure in the back booth by the bathroom. 2 feet away from us they were having a work meeting. Not one person offered to help my son. He would have appreciated a bad of ice or some cool water to help me (after) . Often times depending on how I fall, he might need a hand lifting me so I don't hurt my hand. He told me he had to wrap his entire body around mine so my legs didn't convulse into the diners across from us, they were banging on the partition. I could not belive the humanity to help a young kid while he held his mother's lifeless body afterward, either. My shake was great, though.
We like steak n shake the food always good , good customer service, the only bad thing is the mens bathroom needs to be cleaner and the entrance have a bad smells but everything else is great ?
Not bad, but compared to other steak and shakes, the food s fairly sub par abd lacking. But the employees and management are very nice and is worth going there because of that
The staff here were honestly some of the friendliest restaurant staff I have ever encountered anywhere. They were not only nice to us, but to each other as well. Bravo!
The last 2 times I've been here something has tasted off on their burgers. Almost like a gamey taste. I mean it's 4.00 for double burger with fry . What is the meat? Something is off. Not sure what. Used to love their burgers but it's obvious they are trying to save money by changing their hamburger. Wish they would just raise their price and keep the quality. Disappointed
I had to give 5 stars, we went through the drive-thru to order our food. We get home and start unpacking our food, everything was placed in the bag super neat, our burgers were wrapped up and made with care ? yup! you can see it ?, I'm not gonna lie I was surprised to see that my food wasn't all sloppy in the bag and I truly appreciated that and to top it off at the drive-thru we were greeted and our order taken by the gentleman with such a great tone and at the window still had a great tone, let us know: our order was being prepared be out in a moment, by all means take your time ? but seriously this is what you look for in take out/fast food and you don't get that alot in the states. Overall great experience, keep it up, we like burgers, fries and a shake which all tasted fresh and was on point so we definitely will keep coming here ?
Good food! Love the fact you order on a screen now. Service used to suck. Disappointed in how long the shakes took in an empty restaurant. Shakes came out 20min after we got our food.
Went to steak and shake for the first time in awhile today and it was greatl! They have these kiosks that you order and pay at, then you just seat yourself, grab your drink and a couple minutes later the cooks call your number to grab your food. It was so convenient and fast... they found a way to improve and keep up with the times! Excited to go again!
This location seems to be doing really well. Their staff is very friendly and I love that they’ve opened dine in!I love Steak ‘n Shake so I am glad to have such a good one close to my house.
We missed our Shake & Steak. The floor is sticky but the food is great and new delivery style inside dining is great. The staff is great. They are as happy to see you as you are to see them!
