The chain it self is delicious but this location is horrible. It's open it's 4am but listen to what you order. The burger was wrong, I asked for onion rings and got fries in bag and I asked for lite ice and said it 3x. My drink was all ice!! The girls repeated my order back perfectly but when we got home it was all wrong.
This Steak ‘n Shake has been my go to restaurant for so many years. So many memories here lol. Friendly staff. Fodelene is a sweet and helpful employee!!!!
We were so excited these were in Tampa because we came from Chicago and loved Steak ‘n Shake! This is the worst one I’ve ever been to. The ceiling was leaking in 5 different places I saw and it smells terrible inside. My bun tasted old and so did the snickers pieces inside my shake. The soda tasted horrible. The hotdog and fries were okay.
Went through the drive through and got the food pretty fast just to have them remake everything. Everything that was given to me was cold to the point the cheese was not even melted. Order fries with no salt and they were cold . Not happy with this. Only thing good was that the manager remade my order .
Ate lunch here on a Monday. The fries were hot ? the burger was hot ? the drinks were cold ❄️ the place was clean service was fast ?♀️ ?♂️ and the bill was under $16 for 2 people. A+ on this visit.My last trip to Taco Bell was $23 and it took 30 minutes to get my order and the food was cold.
Since they reopened the dining room, they have switched to a tablet-like machine that allows you to order your food and pay before you even sit down. This might be a con for some, but I actually think it's really cool. Unfortunately, the positives for me stop there. It took over 30 mins to get my food... literally just cheese fries (which they managed to forget the cheese for) and chilli. The staff member that gave me my order was rude and dismissive. Not worth the trip.Features: Staff does not wear masks. Masks for guests are optional
Haven't had Steak N Shake in a while. Very surprised with delicious burger and even the fries. The self service was definitely super easy to use with no problem.
