Great customer service! Lauren custom made "her" drink for me based on a few quick questions she asked! It was so pleasant and appreciated! When I asked for hot and she gave me an iced drink, she didn't have a bad attitude or anything, just remade it. Really appreciated polite and professional customer service! And they were slammed busy! Great job!

Andrea is the reason for this review. I am in town and stopped in for coffee. Her smile, eye contact and conversation with me while she was making my latte was so sweet and friendly. This young woman is an asset to your location. Latte was great too. She has a bright future ahead of her when she graduates high school. I was here on a workcation related to my photography pursuits.I was wearing a Taylor Swift shirt and started this conversation with the Barista about how cool Taylor is.While the Barista couldn't serve me my usual Raspberry Mocha Latte she offered an alternative in the Cinnamon Dolche.It was good!And get this because I am Taylor fan she gave me the Cinnamon Dolche for free!This has to be the coolest Starbucks ever!I will be back here someday just to have a chat with new friends at this Starbucks.They even remembered me when I came in the next time.I wish they were like this in New York where I am from.In New York City its a bit of a cold shoulder in my experiences with Starbucks in NY.Again highly recommend this Starbucks for the quality & professionalism of staff here.

Starbucks regular here and on multiple occasions I have had to wait 10+ min for something i Mobile ordered. Plus the drinks were wrong. Both times they poured creamer instead of sweet cream. (Big difference)I do not blame the workers, they are way too busy to be able to do anything accurately... Management needs to step up and help their people out.
