This is my $7 venti drink. It's not even filled a third of the way. For clarity I did ask for no ice and expected it to be shorter, but this is a total rip off. It shows you how much starbucks rips their customers off. Never again.

Placed a mobile order to pick up on my lunch break. After 30 minutes, had to leave to get back to work. Things happen, and I’m a very relaxed person. This is actually my first google review, but this sort of thing happens all the time at this particular location. It’s not even the long wait that gets me. It’s that they just legit forget my order almost half the time. And it’s not a complicated order. It’s a medium hot coffee with cream. I couldn’t come up with a more basic order than that if I tried. Maybe a small black coffee is easier… cream complicates things.

Was in here last Sunday morning. This place is always super busy with cars wrapped around the tiny parking lot. I went inside because I was bringing in a personally owned Starbucks insulated cup to be filled. I was addressed quickly and pleasantly. I ordered and paid for a venti latte but when I left and checked the mug, the cup was literally only half full. Needless to say I was really disappointed. I’ve heard of people getting shortchanged like this but just didn’t believe it. When you have a paper mug it’s easier to feel the difference, and my mom says she has gotten accustomed to feeling the weight differences to make sure, but in the insulated cup I couldn’t tell. Next time I will check before leaving. That’s an expensive mistake and I’ve lost a little trust with this local barista.

DO NOT GO TO THE STARBUCKS!!!!!!! I’ve never had a worse experience. First of all it took 30m to get one drink. Then I watched my drink being made incorrectly and when he realized instead of correcting it the right way, he decided to take the lazy way out. When we asked for it to be made the right way, he had an attitude and I received a half-a**ed drink that tasted disgusting. For how much a drink costs at Starbucks it’s unacceptable. Not to mention what happened to customer service. On top of all this, while my fiasco was happening there was another customer who was asking where her drinks were because she had also been waiting over 30m. She was told they were already made and must have been taken. Basically he was saying not my problem. She had to ask him to make her new drinks. He was not even going to make her news drinks. Thank you Starbucks for ruining our morning and making us late to our appointment.

I frequent this Starbucks as it's close to where I live and work. I swear they have the kindest employees. The customer service skills are astonishing. Every. Single. Time.They always in a great mood and that's the best way to start my day- positive attitudes and coffee.?☕️

They prioritize the drive through instead of helping both the front and drive through in a fair way. They also had us waiting and then told us they accidentally gave away our sandwiches to the drive through customers.Also, we ordered our Frappuccino and when receiving it and tasting it, it just tasted like milk. We were then told that they ran out of the proper roast for the frap and were using a different one. I would have appreciated if they could have told me. We had to wait more for them to remake it.There's 60 people in the drive through and 4 in the lobby. We were ignored while an entire wave of people were served

Giving a 2 stars only because I love Starbucks. But, this particular store in general is just disappointing me more and more each time I go. I try to avoid it as much as possible but sometimes, depending where I am working for the day, I have to hit up this store& the customer service is just purely trash. The manager , BRAIMAH BOYD-LECKY; who treated me extremely FACETIOUSLY because the SIX DOLLAR drink I ordered just wasn’t made correctly. Just sucks that I have to feel bad for wanting the drink I like made correctly..

Every time I go here the employees are so nice. I’m consistently impressed by the customer service. If the manager happens to read this- Whoever the girl with straight black hair was working the drive through around 12:25 on Jan 28, just did a fantastic job. She was very sweet! I wish I had brought cash on me to tip her.

I’ve been going here because it right in the neighborhood. This is by far the worst Starbucks in Tampa. Each time I’d choose this location the drink tastes completely different. Choose any day to arrive at this location & you’ll be met by baristas who’s preparing everyone drink slowly & missing half the taste or it prepared fast & gross. They always have an entire new crew it to the point they’re not learning how to make a drink?
