I love this Starbucks, I came here frequently when I resided in Tampa, FL! The staff were always SO nice, my order always came out right, and the drive-thru always tended to move relatively quickly when I visited this location (mostly on weekend mornings). Highly recommend! However, make note that the parking lot can get super busy, during lunch hours particularly, as there is a Chipotle right next door.

Super slow and rude baristas - after waiting 10 minutes at the store for an order I had placed well in advance on the app I asked for an update on my drink only to be told to ‘wait patiently and not rush them’ while making drinks. The cold brew machine stopped working and all 5 baristas stopped everything they were doing to gather around and watch while giggling and gossiping. I’d ordered my drink with oat milk - and my drink completely curdled and separated by the time I walked from the store to my car. Total waste of money and time.

This place really needs to learn how to forcast and keep inventory, they kept telling me they had what I wanted to order, then saying they actually didn't, so after a couple of attempts, I just ordered a coffee, which they tried to charge for $10 for. Needs new management.

Allison was so so amazing! She was so thoughtful with accommodating dietary restrictions and made an amazing surprise drink. The best barista in all of Tampa. Please give her a raise ✨

I ordered a caramel Frappuccino w an extra shot of expresso. They handed me some white drink. No caramel. I asked and she said "oh we have no caramel". Isn't that something you would tell the customer BEFORE they pay you? Hey we don't have the ingredients!!!??? Plus there was no shot of expresso, it tasted like ice water. I've been ordering this same drink for many years and never had something so terrible. Would you allow me to just partially pay you? No. So why give me a drink with part of the ingredients? I had to walk there and pay good money when I just could have poured a glass of tap water. Yuck.

My mobile order wasn’t started until after I had been waiting in the lobby for 5 minutes, by the time it was finished the drive thru was empty. What’s the point of ordering ahead? I had placed the order 10 minutes before arrival and was a simple tall chai tea latte. This isn’t the usual standard or service at this location.

Such a horrible experience. Employees made my drink wrong and instead of offering me the 7 dollar mistake just straight dumped in my face. That is a slap to our face when we spend so much money on basically flavored water. Seriously I know Starbucks can afford to give a drink away instead of literally insulting our hard earned money.

Have yet to get a hot coffee from this place always cold or lukewarm at best. Doesn’t matter what time I go either, pretty sure they just leave the coffee in there from the day before cause there’s no way I should be getting cold coffee at 6am.

Wow, judging by the comments we must have a lot of kings and queens in Tampa. I am never disappointed at this location, and on the rare occasion a mistake is made, it’s taken care of. Thanks ?

I love Starbucks… however this visit was a bust. I should’ve checked my drink before I left, silly me. I ordered a venti caramel macchiato, yet received milk with a hint of espresso, no vanilla and maybe a drop of caramel drizzle. I will be back because I love my macchiatos, but next time I’m for sure checking it before I leave!
