I just had a very strange experience that I've never had at any Starbucks ever. I went thru the drive thru and ordered a mactcha Chai tea for $6,50 , was charged on my visa online account AND was told I needed to pay 6.50 in cash so I did, trusting they wouldn't be double charging me BUT they did! So I went back and the manager tells me she would refund the incorrect charge on my visa and says" I'll give you a void on both charges, don't worry about the stress, the drink is on us" but strange because she hands me the two pieces of paper receipts and smiles and "says have a niceday" but NEVER DOES give me that "free drink" by giving my cash back???? Like I said, very strange, never has any Starbucks employees acted like this, very unprofessional!
Employees are friendly. The place appears clean. drive-thru and general ingress of the parking lot is Terrible

This is the only Starbucks I’ve had issues with.I regularly order tall drinks and get charged for and receive mediums. I’m never given a receipt so it’s difficult to really say something about it.Today I specifically ordered a tall drink. I started to pay and she said wait, I didn’t ask you the size. She said she gave me medium. She had to cancel the transaction and redo it. I had to request a receipt. She went back and printed it.I noticed I got charged for something that was unnecessary.I requested 1 pump of coffee because the drink was for my son. The drink usually has 3 pumps. I got charged an upcharge of .50 cents for “3 pumps of coffee”. I asked to make sure the drink would only have 1 pump. Not sure why I would be charged for something that the drink comes with anyway. Now I’ve also wasted my time writing this review because this place tries to swindle its customers.
So, I didn't actually make a purchase from this Starbucks but I felt compelled to brag on one of its employees, none the less. Please, let explain. I am an Uber driver and work very early morning hours. This morning I had the pleasure of giving Ashley a ride to work at this location. I picked her up for a two stop trip. She was very pleasant and willing to make small talk to make the ride go faster and feel less awkward. Her first stop was a convenient store not far from her destination. Before exiting the car she asked me if there was anything she could get me. I was so surprised as I've never had a passenger as me that. I declined and told her I was good. She ran in quickly and wasted no time. As I dropped her off at her final destination, I wished her a good day. This is where it gets good. Before she exited my car, she reached up and placed a Mountain Dew Zero Sugar (Just like the one I was already drinking.) on my passenger seat. I was blown away! Ashley was not only kind, but she was also attentive. She took notice of what I was drinking and took it upon herself to practice a random act of kindness. It was a welcomed gesture! It put a smile on my face from ear to ear. I shared this story with several people throughout the day. So, what does this have to do with Starbucks, you may be asking? My answer is, even off the clock Ashley represents this establishment. If she treats her Uber driver this nice, I can only imagine how well she cares for her customers. If you find yourself in the area, stop in and see the difference a kind and caring person behind the counter can make. If I'm in the area again, you better believe I'm going to give them my business! Great place, I am able to easily grab and go effortlessly.
Fix your training. 15 mins in a drive through? At a coffee place. It is so bad that people park at the bank and walk in for faster service. Ask Chick-fil-A or something about how to properly run a drive through. Will be avoiding this location.
