This location has undergone some changes. It used to be run by just two people and was a fun location to stop at. Yesterday we visited after after almost a year and now with the new look and four employees, it was very disorganized and dissapointing.
There is a great new team at this Starbucks at the Westin location in Tampa off Courtney Campbell Causeway! Lauren, Skylin, Lola and The Dude. Good energy, friendly, fast and efficient - Nice feel to the morning.
Paid money waited 10 minutes and nothing happened…when I questioned the lady “ oh we are out of milk” I ordered lattes!! Mind you this is Saturday 930 am!! No milk til Monday

Everyone is really nice. This place gets slammed before 9:00 but they keep it moving. I’ve been here all week and feel like I have a Starbucks family here!
How could this place be in such an upscale hotel??Let's start with there are flies ALL OVER EVERYTHING. The barely moving employee finally acknowledged me and without even making eye contact fonally asked me what i want. She rang me up and I paid with my card. then....SHE PROCEEDED TO MAKE MY DRINK. The person working the cash register and handling money is handling food!!!! No gloves!! What's worse, she had 2" nails....not exaggerating... which pick up every piece of dirt off every surface and keep it.... and of course she DID NOT wash her hands... because who would want to ruin that nail job. Oh and of course she doesn't know how to make a drink.... she just doesn't have to....it's Tampa!Rude and gross is the best I can say about this place. Worst Starbucks ever!!!

I come here and never come back so here again they let me down i feel stigmatized by my golden skin i came here to buy iced espresso 5 white moca 3 shots and it was very sweet because as usual i drink it not as sweet as this , i went in and charged 1 extra shot of espresso they took me extra 2.68$ but it was still sweet and i ordered another one i want them gave me the bill they said the machine was broken or something and then I paid for that coffee for almost 13$
I like Starbucks! and the whole concept of being able to drink coffee while working on my laptop. I am getting very productive here.
Perfect Starbucks shop! The staff is great here.
